Every year at opti, experts and creatives in the optics industry display their newest products. As an international trade show for optics and design, opti represents the whole visual-optical spectrum, from frames to lenses, contact lenses, low vision, shop fittings, IT, marketing and sales, instruments/tools/spectacle elements, accessories as well as technical equipment and professional education.

Seit 1. Juni ist Jara Grohe bei der GHM als Exhibition Manager Operations an Bord.
Nach einigen spannenden beruflichen Stationen – darunter als Event Managerin und kurz auch als Filialleiterin einer Bäckerei – ist sie nun in München angekommen und startet ihr nächstes berufliches Kapitel bei uns.

Six workshops. Three hours. Lots of ideas. Thumbs up.
That sums up our afternoon at optoMEETry 6.0 at Aalen University of Applied Sciences rather well.
We wanted to know what optometry students expect from opti NEXT GEN HUB 2027.

A Networking Day, two stops in the Rhineland — and a letter that took the scenic route.
Cathleen Kabashi, Director opti, and Bernd Degner, opti Press officer, visited the Zentralverband der Augenoptiker und Optometristen for two appointments to see decision makers in persn, listen and discuss, what will be next: See. Hear. Next. opti 2027

A productive "See. Hear. Next." with Dr. Jan Wetzel, Managing Director of ZVA, on topics currently shaping the market.
📍 Stop 2: Cologne
Another "See. Hear. Next." with Kai Jaeger, the new President of ZVA — and already a familiar face at opti.
✉️ Also along for the ride: a letter of congratulations that had apparently preferred the long way around. All the more meaningful to deliver it in person. 🤝
