What an inspiring week at our kindergarten! 💚
Our children explored in a playful way how unique and precious our planet truly is.

🌎 Learning about Earth & crafting their own globes
🍃 Designing beautiful nature collages
🎶 Dancing to “Wonderful World” and celebrating our planet

Throughout the week, we explored topics like environmental protection, recycling, natural materials, and the sounds of our world. ♻️🌿

Was für eine inspirierende Woche bei uns im Kindergarten! 💚
Unsere Kinder haben spielerisch entdeckt, wie besonders und schützenswert unsere Erde ist.

Dabei haben wir uns intensiv mit Themen wie Umweltschutz, Recycling, Naturmaterialien und den Geräuschen unserer Welt beschäftigt. ♻️🌿

Our bilingual daycare (German/English) is a place where children grow safely, explore the world, and develop individually in small groups.
We work with a closed concept that gives children consistent caregivers, structure, and a strong sense of security. 🇩🇪🇬🇧🧸📖🎒

For this, we are looking for a warm and caring personality who accompanies children with mindfulness and has a passion for language and relationships. 🥰

Position:
Childcare Worker / Educator (w/m/d)
28 hours per week

Your role with us:
• Loving care and support of children in everyday group life
• Language support in daily routines (German and/or English)
• Planning creative, age-appropriate activities
• Observation and documentation of children’s development
• Trusting cooperation with parents and within the team
• Helping to shape a structured and safe daily routine

What you bring:
• Qualification as an educator or childcare worker (f/m/d)
• Joy in working in a bilingual environment
• Empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and reliability

What awaits you:
• 28 hours per week in small, stable groups
• Strong relationships instead of shift-based care
• A respectful and supportive team
• Space for your own ideas
• Further training opportunities and fair, collective-agreement-based pay

✨ Weltkindertag – Kinderrechte im Mittelpunkt ✨

Am 20. September war Weltkindertag 🌍👧🧒
Unsere Kinder haben in einer Gruppenarbeit über Kinderrechte gesprochen: das Recht auf Bildung, Spielen, Geborgenheit, Liebe, Gesundheit, Mitbestimmung – und das Recht, vor Gewalt und Ausgrenzung geschützt zu werden. 💛

Die Kinder haben begeistert mitgemacht und viele eigene Gedanken eingebracht. 🌟

✨ World Children’s Day – Focus on Children’s Rights ✨

On September 20th, we celebrated World Children’s Day 🌍👧🧒
Together, the children worked on the topic of children’s rights: the right to education, play, security, love, health, participation – and the right to be protected from violence and exclusion. 💛

The children were truly engaged and shared wonderful thoughts. 🌟

🍎🌻 Welcome back to kindergarten! 🌻🍎
With a basket full of colorful fruits and bright flowers, we’re starting into a new kindergarten year. We’re so happy to see all our children and families again – and give a warm welcome to all new families! 🤗✨

Late summer is showing its best side, and we have lots of exciting projects ahead … stay tuned! 🌿🎨🌟

🍎🌻 Willkommen zurück im Kindergarten! 🌻🍎
Mit einem Korb voller bunter Früchte und leuchtenden Blumen starten wir in ein neues Kindergartenjahr. Wir freuen uns, alle Kinder und Familien wiederzusehen – und heißen unsere neuen Familien herzlich willkommen! 🤗✨

Der Spätsommer zeigt sich von seiner schönsten Seite und wir haben viele spannende Projekte geplant … lasst euch überraschen! 🌿🎨🌟

Ein letztes Mal im Lerchennest – unsere Vorschulkinder wurden feierlich verabschiedet.
Mit strahlenden Gesichtern, einer wunderschönen Tanzaufführung, liebevoll vorbereiteten Geschenken, einem bunten Eltern-Buffet und schönem Wetter war es ein Fest voller Emotionen.
Ein Highlight: Die Kinder durften stolz ihre Schulranzen präsentieren. 🎒
Der krönende Abschluss: unser traditioneller „Rauswurf“ – jedes Kind wird von den Erzieher*innen schwungvoll auf eine dicke Turnmatte vor der Tür befördert.
Ihr bleibt für immer Teil des Lerchennests und seid jederzeit herzlich willkommen – wer weiß, vielleicht sehen wir euch eines Tages als Praktikant*innen wieder.
Wir wünschen euch ganz viel Spaß und alles Gute für euren neuen Lebensabschnitt in der Schule! 💛✨

One last time at the Lerchennest – our preschoolers had their big farewell celebration.
With bright smiles, a beautiful dance performance, thoughtful farewell gifts, a colourful buffet from the parents, and beautiful weather, it was a day full of emotions.
A special highlight: the children proudly presented their school backpacks. 🎒
The grand finale: our traditional “send-off” – each child gets a joyful toss through the door onto the big gym mat waiting outside.
You’ll always be part of the Lerchennest family, and our doors will always be open – who knows, maybe we’ll see you again one day as an intern.
We wish you lots of fun and all the best for this exciting new chapter in school! 💛✨

Was für ein wunderschöner Tag! ☀️ Unser Kindergarten hat sein Sommerfest im Park gefeiert – mit tollen Aufführungen der Kinder, einem Zauberclown, Eis für alle 🍦 und einem leckeren Buffet, zu dem jede Familie etwas beigetragen hat. Wir hatten bestes Wetter und haben ein fröhliches Picknick auf der Wiese genossen. Ein rundum gelungenes Fest! 🎉💛

Ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN an unseren Elternbeirat, der – wie jedes Jahr – mit ganz viel Herzblut, Kreativität und Engagement die Organisation übernommen hat ❤️ Und ebenso ein großes DANKE an alle Erzieher*innen, Eltern und Kinder, die mit ihrem Einsatz, ihrer Zeit und ihrer Freude dieses Fest so besonders gemacht haben!

What a beautiful day! ☀️ Our kindergarten celebrated its summer festival in the park – with lovely performances by the children, a magic clown, ice cream for everyone 🍦 and a delicious buffet to which every family contributed. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed a joyful picnic on the grass. A truly wonderful celebration! 🎉💛

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our parents’ committee, who – just like every year – organized everything with so much passion, creativity, and care ❤️ And a big THANK YOU as well to all educators, parents, and children who helped make this festival such a special and joyful event!
