Your mind is your biggest deceiver
Your mind gets in your way
Your mind is just a small wheel in a huge machinery
Your mind can’t see the bigger picture because it is getting the feedback just from a fraction of your immediate surroundings

Mindset work is focusing on your mind and this is why
(even though it can be beneficial in a lot of circumstances)
It is surface level work!
I know it is shiny and fancy, but it is NOT going to help you solve the root of your problems
Do yourself a favor and go deeper than that if you want real, long-lasting results

So what is deeper than mindset work?
..
I know that by now you have heard about the subconscious mind
That name is a little deceiving because your subconscious mind is not in your mind, so it is not in your head, it is not in your brain.
..
Your subconscious mind is your body

Read that again!

Your subconscious mind is your body

Your body knows all the answers
Your body knows what the right thing to do is
Your body knows the path and direction you need to take
Your body is getting the bigger picture that your mind can’t comprehend

But there are also other things your body does (and I am not getting into how all the systems of your body are keeping you alive)

Your body stores all your traumas
Your body receives outside energetical information and reacts to it
Your body is a constant feedback loop between you, your thoughts and your emotions

And this is also why you need more than mindset work!
You need to go to the subconscious(body) level
..
Do you know what your body is telling you?
Do you know how to ask it your questions?
Are you actually listening to your subconscious mind?

Sometimes your mind is too loud!
..
Sometimes your mind overanalyses everything!

Sometimes you just have to many unanswered questions!

Sometimes you are in a loop of what the hell am I going to do about that!

Sometimes your intuition whispers when everything else is on max volume!

Sometimes it is hard to see the bigger picture of a choice that you have to make! (because there are so many, right?)

And sometimes it is all of the above!
And it is frustrating!

Did that ever happen to you?

Well it happens to me all the time because on top of being who I am, I am also an extremely logical and analytical person

And sometimes, it is just overwhelming when you don’t know which path to take or where to direct your attention

I know this happened to you before

You wouldn’t be reading this if this wasn’t true

So?
What do you do in this situation?

I remember a couple of years ago I was so confused, frustrated and didn’t know even where to start because there were too many options but also because my mind was giving me so many reasons why I should not take any of the opportunities and options and I was just stuck.
And it sucked big time!
This was going on for months!

But then, while I was in the shower, relaxed, I heard a voice in my head:
"Raluca! What would you say to a client that comes to you with this exact problem?"
and I instantly said:
"Of course!
I know what to do!
I would do the subconscious download game with them!"

I smiled and got out of the shower

I started right away with the subconscious download game and I got all my answers. (this picture shows pretty much how it looks like for me and my clients)

This is THE thing I am using whenever I am thinking too much and don’t know which way to go.

Your subconscious knows all the answers
Your subconscious mind is showing everything through your unconscious mind (your body)
Your subconscious is answering all your questions all the time.
It is just hard to hear it when you let your mind take over

Let your subconscious mind be your guide!
It has everything you need in order to get clear and move in the right direction right now!

Wherever you go to or spend time, you leave your energetic imprint

And other people feel it
mostly unconscious if they are not trained or learned about the energetic part of themselves

Yeah, for real!

Think about some places that you’ve been:
A small gathering, a party, an event, an office.
You felt the collective energy imprints of everyone that was there at that moment.
Those are usually not long lasting imprints.

How did you feel when you entered that space?
Maybe you felt good, relaxed.
Maybe you felt anxious, fearful, agitated, for no aparent reason.
The energy imprints are the reason why.

Now think of going to a friends place.
That can be a different energy signature
That is also different and the imprint more durable because they actually live there.

Energy imprints can be cleaned, like you are cleaning your house or office
It is important to clean spaces before you move to a new place, or have a new office, or even stay at a hotel for the night.
It is part of taking care of your own energy and not being affected of others energy imprints and make that space your own.

I started thinking about this last night after my bf told me (after sitting on my side of the bed for a couple of hours - I never sit on his side)
that my side of the bed is more comfortable.
I started laughing and said, well maybe because that side of the mattress is flatter then yours.
And then told him about energy imprints.

After that I started thinking about being back home and having close friends over who always told me that they feel so good and calm when they come over even if we are not doing anything special, it was just the energy.
that was also the time I started to clean spaces.

So?
When was the last time you cleaned your space or listened to your intuition when it told you to stay or leave a gathering?

"I have to reschedule our session because I am not feeling good"

I always smile when I hear this

It remembers me of a funny conversation I was having with one of my dearest mentor (that became one of my closest friends)
It was between him and a client:
- I have to reschedule our session because my head hurts/ I am getting down with a cold/ my stomach hurts (and a lot of other similar reasons)
- Sure if you want to, but are you usually coming to me because you are healthy? Because your energy is balanced? Because you are doing do well?
- ohhh.. I never thought of it like that
- ok cool. So are we meeting today or are we still rescheduling?
-I’ll be there at 5

I had the same conversation with a client recently and by the end of the session her pain went from a 7 to a 3 and stayed low afterwards.
After just a couple of minutes of me working on her.

I am not a mindset coach or a relaxation trainer or a burnout prevention coach or any other of my qualifications even if technically I am that technically and I sometimes also talk about those areas.

BUT
I am an energy healer
And I am not your average energy healer
I am also a mentor, teaching you all about energy healing because this is what I love!
Of course we are going to talk about mindset, I am going to help you manage your stress and help you get rid of the belief systems that created your anxiety and chronic pain in the first place.
But it all starts with your energy.
That is where we start

Thinking about and wanting to do something (like start a new healthy habit or stop an unhealthy one)
is completely different from deciding that you are going to do something.
..
You can do the first one for months and months, but until that decision isn’t made and you actually take action on it (there is also your self worth in play here that determines if you are going to take the action you decide on), your situation is not going to change.

If you are following me for a while, you will know by now that I am not a fan or morning routines and of rituals and practices that take you 2 hours a day, every single day, doing the same over and over again and allowing yourself in the meantime to put the label on your forehead: "I am working on myself", but when you take a deep look you can see that you are not doing anything else other then avoiding the real work.
That s**t doesn’t work!!!
..
But, I am a very big fan of having a big set of simple and effective tools and techniques at your disposal that you can use whenever needed to bring you back into your core, that brings you back to your baseline.
If you don’t know and don’t have your baseline yet, that is where you can start.
That is where I start with my clients.
Getting them from overwhelm to peace and then working on maintaining that peace long term.

And the baseline is going to change as you grow, but that is perfectly ok.
When you have all the worries and anxieties of the world on your shoulder, I am not expecting you to have your baseline the same as a monk who is meditating 8 hrs a day and lives in a mosque.
You are just putting absolutely unnecessary pressure on yourself.
And let’s be honest, when that is your expectation, your fears and anxiety is only going to skyrocket instead of calming down.
.
What I do expect is for you to decide to take a small step towards letting at least one of those worries and burdens down.
Even if just for a couple of minutes.
It is a start.
And do it over and over again.

That is also a decision to take action.
Asking for help.
Looking for solutions.
But try to not overwhelm yourself in the process

"Do what is aligned" is one of the biggest mainstream spiritual traps!
It just gives your ego reasons, excuses and loopholes into not doing the work that is actually required
..
Everybody in the wellness and spiritual area says that now..
"Do what is aligned"
or
"This is not aligned for me"
when a lot of the times it is just fear or comfort zone

Let’s get into what that actually means:
In order for something to be aligned it must be at the same vibrational and consciousness level.
..
Aligned = same vibration

Hard decisions and big steps will always feel unaligned.
So let’s stop hiding under that pretext
Because most of the time it is just that: a pretext, a loophole
And start doing what is required even if it seems hard or "unaligned" and the most "aligned" thing for you is to procrastinate.

I am not saying to not take the time off.
Do it as much as you want!
(I take a lot of time off. But because I want to, not because it is not aligned to take that scary action)
But don’t put this fancy label of "not aligned" cause I am gonna call you on your BS every time ;)

The question to ask yourself in order to skyrocket your growth in your personal development journey:
"WHY AM I SEEING THIS?"

I am not going to bore you with the whole conscious and subconscious part of your brain story… I am sure you already heard it a million times.

What I do what to tell you is that your brains main job is to FILTER the information that you perceive so that you don’t get overwhelmed every single second of every single day.
If this process would not happen, you would literally freeze and crash instantly like a computer that is trying to process too much.

By asking "why am I seeing this?" you are consciously making yourself aware of your subconscious thoughts that are driving your automatic processes and behaviours

By being aware of the subconscious thought and beliefs you are one step closer to change them from their root and therefore bringing in your life the things, situations and people that you desire, aka changing the filter that your brain applies on the outside reality.

So again, why am I seeing this? What thoughts, beliefs and automatic behaviours do I have that make my brain filter the external reality in this particular way?

1️⃣ Be CALM:
Doesn’t matter what you are going through, how hyped your emotions are (on any direction on the spectrum), you need to calm down first.
You need to regulate your nervous system.
Breathe.
Analyse what is happening but don’t go into over-analysing it.
Go as far as looking at it from an outside perspective without having your emotions interfere.

2️⃣ Be OPEN:
Be open to what the other person has to say.
Look at what they are saying, don’t react!
See the truth behind what they are saying without getting triggered back into your emotions.
If your emotions come up, stop for a couple of seconds and go back to step 1.
This doesn’t mean that you have to hide what you are feeling.
On the contrary!
Having a discussion about your emotions and having an emotion filled discussion are two completely different things!

3️⃣ Be HONEST:
Don’t try to pack what you want to say in a pretty box.
If you do that, it is going to be a pointless conversation because first of all you won’t say what you actually want to say and secondly the person on the other side of the conversation won’t get the true message behind your words.
So just be honest with what you actually want to say.
But again, only after you tick the first two boxes of calm and open!

How do I get my personal power back?

This is a question I was asked my whole career in energy healing.
Throwback picture to my early days, the first few years in the industry…
I was such a baby in this space...
But this was one of my subject for every workshop that I was facilitating and every client I was working with.

How you get your personal power back?
Well for starters, stop giving it away every second of every day.

How do I do that?
You stop blaming everyone and everything around for what is happening to you and start seeing it for what it actually is:
Nobody is doing anything to you, you are allowing it by attracting it into your live so that you continue your journey.

You take complete responsability for everything!
And I mean everything!
Not in a way where you end up blaming yourself and feel horible for what happened!

You have to look at whatever comes to you with highnsight.
Ask yourself:
What am I learning from this?
Why is this showing up?
What did I ask for that is bringing up this situation right now so that I learn the tools that are required for my goal?

When you use this method, you are taking responsability for what you drawn to yourself and also realise that

LIFE IS HAPPENNING FOR YOU NOT TO YOU!

When you do this, you are one step closer towards not giving your personal power away.
After you master this, we can go further with how you can take you personal power back.
