A lot of person through their life experience, got to take responsibility very early in their stage of life. If it's now to make some money to have more experiences, lost of parents, divorce or something else; they used to take their responsibilities and adulthood earlier as planed, and then didn't have much time to go in this playfulness of being a child and having a joyful playful light childhood and teenager time.

So really tune in: Are you the person which is very successful and at ease with responsibilities but maybe you have less fun and play less. And if so, try to tune in and check, what could you do to express more this part of you, which is your child, your teenager, your playful side, your funny side in order to be even more happy, more balanced and more centered.

Have fun, play like a child or with children 🥳

How deeply connected are you with your male friends, mates, buddies, brothers?
Beside competitions or superficial talk?

How deep do you open your heart with them, who hold space for you, connect with you and co create a new world with new values emerging from their heart soul and way further?

Few people i mentor feel lonely as they lost these connections..

After getting a job, relationship, house, car, and maybe baby… they focused on their family and job or just job and neglected their connection with their friends and other male friends.
