Consistency > Motivation; a quick explanation / my personal opinion.

Action Plan:
1. choose something you want to become good at
2. choose the due date of when you want to be a pro at it
3. reverse engineer & decide when you want to hit specific milestones
4. time blocking: make appointments with yourself to work on your new habit / skill & add them to your calendar with a reminder
5. identify if you are more driven by punishment, or rewards (if you don’t or do stick to the plan, what will happen?)
6. have an accountability partner who punishs/rewards you with whatever you agreed on (contracts!)
7. track & cross off days manually in which you successfully stuck to the plan
8. do it at least 60 days in a row, then improve the system
9. become a pro/expert
