Dear followers,
I have the regret to inform you that I have ended my activity as an independent coach and trainer on October 31, 2022. It was not an easy decision to make but I am happy to embark on another exciting professional adventure. 🚀
I would like to thank all of you, my loyal clients and all the people who have supported me in this endeavor over the past 3 years. 😊🙏🏼

This week, I would like to thank everyone who thought of me on the occasion of my birthday. I feel really lucky to have so many friends and caring people around me! It fills me with joy and gives me strength in difficult times. So here it is: Thank you for being there, as you are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 😊
is a wonderful thing: it is free and available at all times. What's also amazing is that we always have something we can be grateful for: a kind attention, a sunray through the clouds, a beautiful melody, a smile, a good meal with family or friends...
Gratitude has very positive effects on our mental health too: it increases our satisfaction and our well-being, decreases the feeling of stress and anxiety. It is the fertile soil for growing positive thoughts and optimism.

Here is the story about a marathon that did not go as planned, about the importance to keep your mind open and receptive to your body signals, and what you can achieve when body and mind are aligned.

The Mind-Body Connection
What you can achieve when your mind and your body are working as team. Last month, I ran a marathon. Yes, the full thing: 42 km! The sun was beating down on my two Round Table comrades and me on that beautiful Sunday, while we were running for a good cause around a field close to Bonn, Germany.
