Serious training starts with a bar. 💪

The ATLETICA barbell range is built for every lift:
Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, hybrid training and
beyond.

Each bar is engineered for its purpose, from the steel
it's made of to the way it flexes under load.

💭"Although cramped space thanks to you everything is possible." 💭

This came from this week. A storage room became a full training setup.

The sloped ceiling stayed. The excuses didn't. 💪

Why does the Raptor Bench have 3 pads? 💡

Not every athlete trains the same, so we didn't just build one pad we engineered three.

🔵 Sponge Pad - medium, comfort-first. The daily driver for ~90% of lifters.

🔵 EVO Pad - PU core, wood encapsulation, premium leather. Firmer, more bar feedback.

🔵 HEX Pad - full molded PU, hex texture locks your shirt in place. Zero movement under max loads.

Sound on 🎧

Bamboo where you stand. Rubber where you drop.

30 mm bamboo deck harder than oak. Recycled rubber granulate drop zones that cut drop noise by over 6 dB. Steel frame around the edges so nothing shifts.

Deadlifts, cleans, snatches and floors that survive all three.

Most bench reviews start with the frame.

We started with the pad the only contact point between you and the bench.

We explain why the Raptor was designed from the pad outward, and why one pad wasn't enough: the Raptor has three, each engineered for a different pressing setup.
