School’s out — Shakespeare style! 🎭

We had such a lovely evening celebrating the end of the course season with music, drinks, great company, and a little theatre magic.

Thank you to everyone who joined us — and a special thank you to Jonathan Failla from New York for being part of this special night.

Danke, dass ihr mit uns gefeiert habt!

A day of amazing waterfalls. Enjoy this spectacular view of Milford Sound.

An early start and straight into some of the South Island’s wild beauty 🇳🇿✨

First stop: Hokitika Gorge — absolutely stunning with its unreal blue water 🌊💙

Then a rough-and-ready drive south through heavy rain to Fox Glacier 🌧️ — a tiny town tucked into rainforest, right beneath a glacier… a pretty surreal place 🌿🧊

After some well-earned food, we headed to Lake Matheson for a sunset walk 🌅
The mountains played hide and seek behind the clouds, but the views were still something special ⛰️

The bush walks here are on another level — truly some of the best we’ve experienced 🌳
We even heard kiwi birds at sundown 🐦✨ and spotted a few cheeky pūkeko along the way 😄

And of course… Moonlight guided us home 🏠

More to come…

Back on the road and straight into nature 🇳🇿✨

Leaving Hanmer Springs, we made a stop at Lewis Pass for an alpine nature walk 🌿 — including our first hanging bridge experience 🌉

Next up: coffee in the charming little town of Reefton ☕
Before heading to one of the highlights of the West Coast — the incredible Pancake Rocks 🪨🌊 (with some cheeky weka birds joining us along the way 🐦😄)

We wrapped up the day in Greymouth with a visit to its awesome local brewery 🍻
Another day full of variety, views, and great moments.

More to come…

An early start, but absolutely worth it 🌅🐋

We caught the sunrise in Kaikōura before heading out on an unforgettable whale watching tour — spotting a s***m whale, humpback, dolphins, and even albatross birds 🐳🐬🕊️

Back on land, we stumbled across a classic Kiwi moment: local firefighters running a sausage sizzle fundraiser 🔥🌭 — couldn’t get more authentic than that!

After soaking in more stunning coastal views, we headed inland toward Hanmer Springs ⛰️
With a tasty stop in the small town of Waiau along the way 🍴

The day ended perfectly at the Hanmer Springs thermal spa ♨️ — hot pools, relaxation, and some seriously good food to top it all off 😌

One of those days that had everything.

More to come…

South Island, here we come 🇳🇿✨

We crossed from Wellington to Picton on one of the most beautiful ferry rides in the world — a bit windy, but absolutely worth it 🌊⛴️

Then it was time for wine tasting at Forrest Winery 🍷 — great wine and even better staff!

Along the way, we stopped at Ōhau Lookout to see seals… just being seals 🦭😄
And of course, a stop at the world-famous (in New Zealand) Nin’s Bin — a true Kiwi roadside legend 🦞

We wrapped up the day in Kaikōura with an unforgettable sunset 🌅
One of those days you don’t forget.

More to come…
