Third dissemination event of the results of the Gps4Vet project, led by Rogepa, in Câmpia-Turzii, Cluj.

Within the project, different guidance toolkits were developer to improve professional skills in vocational and technical education.
The five modules and an application with the modules and Wiki terms for VET, which were developed as part of the project implementation, were presented and disseminated:
- Module 1: Types of learning in VET: Gamification of learning, Simulations and Digital Stories for VET
- Module 2: Creating an entrepreneurial mindset in VET
- Module 3: Workplace learning in VET
- Module 4: ECVET in (mobility) activities under ERASMUS+
- Module 5: Web 2.3 and AI tools for VET
- Android application GPS and Wiki for VET

Eveniment de diseminare a rezultatelor proiectului Gps4vet

In cadrul proiectului erasmus Gps4vet s-au dezvoltat diferite seturi de instrumente de îndrumare pentru îmbunătățirea competențelor profesionale în învățământul profesional și tehnic.
Au fost prezentate și diseminate cele cinci module și o aplicație cu modulele și termenii Wiki pentru VET, care au fost dezvoltate ca parte a implementării proiectului:
- Modulul 1: Tipuri de învățare în VET: Gamificarea învățării, Simulări și Povestiri Digitale pentru VET
- Modulul 2: Crearea unei mentalități antreprenoriale în VET
- Modulul 3: Învățare la locul de muncă în VET

Event to Disseminate the Results of the GPS@VET Project

On 15 December 2025, a multiplier event to disseminate the results of the GPS@VET Project was held at EPRALIMA in Arcos de Valdevez city: – Guiding toolkits for Professional Skills enhancement in VET.
After a long journey of work to produce and test the materials, the task now is to disseminate the five-module guides and an App with the modules and Wiki terms for VET, which were developed as part of the project's implementation:
- Module 1: Types of Learning in VET: Gamification of learning, Simulations & Digital Storytelling for VET
- Module 2: Creation of Entrepreneurial Mindset in VET
- Module 3: Work-Based Learning in VET
- Module 4: ECVET in (Mobility) Activities within ERASMUS+
- Module 5: Web 2.3 and AI Tools for VET
- App Android GPS & Wiki for VET
The event was attended by around 60 participants and was a great success.!

In Magdeburg haben wir mit Azubis der verschiedenen Betriebe in der SBH Nordost GmbH die Ergebnisse des Projektes angeschaut, speziell die web2.x Tools. Bei der Vorstellung der 12 Varianten der KI-Nutzung im Alltag kamen viele interessante Fragen/Hinweise auf, die wir als Lernende und Lehrer bei der Nutzung beachten sollten. 4 der 12 KIs haben wir getestet und deren Antworten bewertet. Eine interessante Möglichkeit, um bei alter Technik noch Anleitungen zu finden, technische Daten zu vergleichen oder Anregungen zur Nutzung zu erhalten oder selbst etwas zu lernen. EN: In Magdeburg, we reviewed the results of the project with trainees from various companies within SBH Nordost GmbH, focusing specifically on the Web 2.x tools. The presentation of the 12 variations of AI use in everyday life raised many interesting questions and points that we, as learners and teachers, should consider when using these tools. We tested four of the 12 AIs and evaluated their responses. This provided an interesting opportunity to find instructions for older technologies, compare technical specifications, gain inspiration for their use, and learn something ourselves.

The event for our project was held on November 28, 2025 in Aydın Türkiye. Representatives from the target audience included NGOs, vocational training providers, vocational training students, and SMEs. The event showcased the project's outputs: 3 Guides ->Learning Types, Entrepreneurship Guide, WBL, ECVET, and WEB 2.3 tools in Offline and Online Version english. The project's app of our project were also presented.

The dissemination event in Lviv Polytechnic National University (Ukraine) 🇪🇺🇺🇦

At the 2nd Conference for Vocational Education and Training Leaders in Wernigerode, we presented the results of our project, and the guide to Web 2.3 tools received considerable attention. A printed copy of the "digital tools" was officially presented to the manager of SBH Nordost, a large German educational company with over 1,000 employees, which makes a significant contribution to the professional development of teachers and participants. DE: Auf der 2. Tagung für Führungskräfte der beruflichen Bildung in Wernigerode haben wir die Ergebnisse unseres Projektes vorgestellt und der Leitfaden zu WEB 2.3 Tools fand sehr große Beachtung. Ein (analoges) Heft der "digitalen Tools" konnte offiziell dem Manager eines großen deutschen Bildungsunternehmens SBH Nordost übergeben werden. Mit über 1000 Mitarbeitern wird hier ein großer Beitrag zur Qualifizierung der Lehrkräfte und Teilnehmer geleistet.

Today’s session was all about understanding, reflection, and application!
We started the day with engaging presentations of the modules, giving everyone a chance to share insights and key takeaways from the training. Then, during our roundtable discussions, participants reflected on what they’ve learned and explored how to apply these concepts in real-life situations.
To wrap up, we had an exciting presentation of the platform — showcasing the tools and resources that will support continued learning and collaboration beyond the training!
