At ACEEU, we are proud to support the ACE - Alliance for Community Engagement in European Higher Education, enhancing collaboration, sharing impactful practices, and strengthening community engagement across European higher education.
🌍 Who is the ACE Alliance for?
The ACE Alliance is built for the people driving community engagement in higher education — and those who want to strengthen it. At its core, ACE is about connection. Bringing together those who are already doing this work, and those looking to do it better, together.
We aim to connect and collaborate with:
🎓 University staff and practitioners - Those leading or supporting community engagement, partnerships, and social impact within higher education
🤝 Community organisations and civil society - Groups working on the ground who want to build stronger, more meaningful partnerships with universities
🏛️ Policy makers and institutional leaders - Those shaping strategy, funding, and the future direction of higher education and engagement
💡 Researchers and educators - Exploring new approaches, methods, and ideas around engagement, participation, and social responsibility
🌐 Networks, organisations, and change-makers across Europe - Anyone working to strengthen collaboration between higher education and society
The ACE Alliance is not just for one group — it’s a shared space where different perspectives come together to learn, collaborate, and take action.
Because meaningful community engagement happens when we connect across roles, sectors, and borders.
Follow the ACE Alliance Campaign to see how you can be part of it.

🌍 : PeerCollab in Madrid! 🇪🇸✨
In the last week of November 2025, ACEEU joined PeerCollab partners at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria - Madrid for the Train-the-Trainer programme, empowering educators to bring Peer Assessment (PA) back to their institutions.
The trip was also combined with the second project meeting, where ACEEU highlighted the impact of the project’s dissemination and outreach in its first year and proposed a methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of both the Lecturers’ Training and the 2026 pilot implementation.
This December is all about preparing training materials, with the pilot kicking off in March 2026. We can’t wait to start the new year driving these activities and amplifying PeerCollab’s impact! 💡📚
