Einladung zum Tag der Offenen Tür bei der Rhetorenschmiede

Möchtest du Deine Ideen prägnant auf den Punkt bringen und dabei selbstsicher und authentisch wirken?

Dann ist unser Tag der Offenen Tür bei der Rhetorenschmiede in München genau das Richtige für dich! Wir laden dich herzlich ein, am Dienstag, den 12. März, um 19:00 Uhr im Freiraum Zentrum (Saarstr. 5, 80797 München) dabei zu sein und die Kunst der überzeugenden Kommunikation hautnah zu erleben.

An diesem besonderen Abend erwartet dich nicht nur ein Einblick in unsere Club-Atmosphäre, sondern auch ein interaktiver Workshop zum Thema "Elevator Pitch".
Lerne, wie du eine Kurzpräsentation deiner Person, deiner Ideen oder deines Projekts so gestaltest, dass sie im Gedächtnis bleibt. Diese Fähigkeit ist nicht nur im Berufsleben, bei Networking-Events oder in Bewerbungsgesprächen von unschätzbarem Wert, sondern stärkt auch dein allgemeines Auftreten.

Stefan Gruss – ‘Toastmaster of the Year 2024/25’ award, District 95

An award that is thoroughly deserved
It was with great pleasure that Stefan Gruss was named Toastmaster of the Year 2024/25 at the District 95 Conference in Regensburg, Germany, in May 2025 – an honour that could hardly have been more deserved. Stefan embodies everything that Toastmasters stands for: commitment, leadership, support and passion.

The man behind the idea – Regensburg 2025
This year's District 95 Conference in Regensburg was not only a highlight for participants from all over Europe, but also a project close to Stefan Gruss's heart. He had the idea of bringing the conference to Regensburg and took on the role of Conference Chair from the very beginning. With strategic vision and a great deal of tact, he coordinated the organisational team and ensured that the vision became reality – including a gala evening, competitions, keynotes and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Mentor, doer and enabler
What many people don't see is Stefan's role behind the scenes: as a mentor for district leaders, he worked tirelessly, providing guidance, strengthening new club officers and building bridges between clubs and the district team.
Whether a programme item had to be changed at short notice, a trainer dropped out or a club needed help with organisation – Stefan stepped in without hesitation. His willingness to take on responsibility has had a lasting impact on the district.

Leadership in action – with heart and mind
Stefan's commitment is based on a genuine passion for personal development. In his home clubs – such as the Munich Prostmasters, Munich English Advanced Toastmasters Club and Toastmasters Munich – he is a valued mentor, feedback provider and source of ideas.
His masterclasses and workshops, especially on feedback culture, have inspired many members to take their speeches and leadership skills to the next level.

Stefan Gruss is Toastmaster of the Year 2024/25 – and rightly so.
He is the initiator, visionary, supporter and heart of the Toastmasters community in District 95.
Everyone is delighted for him, because this award honours not only his achievements, but also the spirit with which he acts.

District 95 Conference 2025 – A Weekend to Remember
Regensburg, Germany | 9–11 May 2025
From May 9–11, the historic city of Regensburg became the beating heart of public speaking, leadership, and connection as over 200 participants from across Germany and Scandinavia gathered for the unforgettable District 95 Conference.
The event brought together an inspiring mix of world-class content and vibrant community spirit. Participants enjoyed:
🌍 Two captivating keynote speeches:
o Luisa Montalvo, World Championship finalist, inspired with authenticity and presence.
o Florian Mück energized the audience with his masterclass on Logos, Ethos, and Pathos.
🛠 16 practical workshops held in both English and German, covering a wide range of topics on communication, personal growth, and leadership.
🏆 Six thrilling speech contests, showcasing the best talents in Table Topics, Evaluation, and International Speech – with three outstanding wins by Lutz Riehl.
🤝 Social activities that made networking fun – including guided city tours, relaxed breakfast sessions, and plenty of space to exchange ideas.
🎉 A lively party night and an elegant Gala Dinner, filled with celebration, dancing, and lasting memories.
This year’s District 95 Conference was more than just a series of events – it was a true celebration of passion, courage, and community.
