Ceremonies for MA and PhD GSPSA in 2026

2026 has been a successful year for both the Master and PhD programmes of the Global Studies: Peace and Security in Africa which have been celebrated in two ceremonies.

We warmly congratulate all of our MA and PhD graduates on their achievements and are very proud of what they have accomplished. We wish them a bright professional journey ahead!

Congratulations and a big thank you to Dr. Fana Gebresenbet!

Fana was involved in our joint MA and PhD programme for 15 years, most recently as Head of the Institute, a lecturer and a supervisor. He is now embarking on a new chapter in his career as Head of the Ethiopia Office at the Rift Valley Institute, and we wish him every success and all the best! Thank you for the fruitful and wonderful collaboration!
