وصلني من المصمم الشاب Youssef Goda الذي حظر البارحة جلسة النقاش النهائية لكشيدة، واو ان تشاركوا بهذا النقاش مع التحية لكم.

انتهت الجلسة الحوارية في كشيدة، ومن أهم نقاط الحديث الجانب الأكاديمي للتصميم. أستاذ ريان قسم العملية التعليمية لنقاط مهمة جدا (المحتوى - الطالب - الأستاذ - المكان - القيمة).

مجال التصميم بيشهد تطورات مستمرة من ناحية الاتجاهات والأهداف والتكنولوجيا، والنهاردة مبقيناش نتكلم عن رفاهية بل عن هوية وأصول وقيمة لشركات وعلامات تجارية. الأكاديميين في مصر والوطن العربي عندهم مشكلة من ناحية تجديد الدم ومواكبة التطورات.

بداية من الاستخدام التكنولوجي وحصرنا في تقنيات قديمة جدا بدون التفكير في حلول منطقية وعملية تناسب إنتاجية النهاردة. المحتوى بيفقد شيء مهم وهو تفاعله مع الصناعة. إيه مدى ارتباطه بيها؟ إيه هي الحلول التي بنقدمها لمواكبة التسارع المستمر؟ ما مدى تفاعل الأستاذ مع الصناعة؟ ما مدى تفاعل الأستاذ مع مجاله؟ هل التصميم محصور في قالب فني بحت دون وظيفة؟ أم أن الوظيفة هي جزء من الفن وغرض له من الأساس؟

أسئلة محتاجة كليات الفنون وأساتذتها يجاوبوا عنها بشفافية ونقاش واضح ما بينهم وبين الطلبة عن الأهم فالأهم للمحتوى والعملية التعليمية ولكن هل الطالب مدرك هو مين النهاردة؟ أو المرحلة التي هو فيها حاليا؟

بعض المشاكل التي بشوفها هي عدم تركيز زي ما وضح أستاذ ريان، النهاردة إحنا بمواجهة مشكلة في حدود الطالب لنفسه ولتفكيره. المواكبة مهمة ولكن العقلية أهم. في بداياتك كمصمم مهم جدا تحس بالفضول. الفضول ناحية العلم والعالم ناحية ذاتك وأفكارك ورغباتك واحتياجاتك. حاجات كتير محتاج تعرف عنها حتى بشكل مستمر. العلم مش محصور في الكلية ومش محصور في أستاذ جامعة. مهم جدا تحاول تكتشف العالم برة عامل إزاي. تختلط بالناس وبالمجتمع وتتناقش لأنك في النهاية "حل" حل لمشاكل كتير تجارية ومجتمعية وتعليمية كمان. وجودك على أرض الواقع وفي السوق ومشاركتك بوجهة نظر في المشاكل المختلفة حاجات بتساعدك على تطوير فكرك قبل معرفتك بالتقنيات ويمكن زي ما قالت أستاذة هديل إن التصميم في النهاية عملية فكرية وذهنية وده شيء مش سهل إنتاجه!

في مرحلتك الحالية بتحتاج Mentor أو في حالتنا مرشد أكاديمي ويمكن ده جزء أساسي من صلب مشاكل التعليم الأكاديمي والفكر التصميمي. أستاذ ريان قال جملة مهمة جدا ويمكن هو كان بيفكر نفسه بيها قبل ما يكون بيفكر باقي الأساتذة. "إذا فشل أي طالب من طلابي معناه أنا السبب". التعامل بشفافية مع نفسك كأستاذ علم وصاحب رسالة هو ركيزة مهمة في تعزيز قيمة الطلبة. هل الأستاذ بيحاسب نفسه كل يوم عن مدى جدوى اللي بيقدمه للطلبة؟ إيه وجه الاستفادة الحقيقي ليهم. وهل أنا بتعامل بمبدأ إني موجه فقط؟ أم إن طلب العلم شيء مستمر وواجب عليا حتى بعد الترقي الوظيفي.

هل وجهة نظري كأستاذ هي الوحيدة؟ أم إن الطالب ورغم سنه ممكن يقدم لي وجهة نظر مختلفة ويساهم في مستوى وتطور جديد ليا كأستاذ. مبدأ الحوار والنقاش، إحنا مش في حرب النهاردة مين وجهة نظره صح على قد ما مين وجهة نظره مناسبة للوقت حالي. مهم جدا كأستاذ تخلق مساحة فنية وحوار بينك وبينهم وتتبادل الأفكار من وقت للتاني لأنك في النهاية مش بتعلم موظف إنه يسمع ويطيع. الطالب هو صورتك النهائية كأستاذ وقيمتك إن كنت ناجح في اللي بتعمله أو لا، مش في مصلحة حد تحصل فجوة كبيرة بينك وبينهم لأن ده كمان هيخليك متأخر. متأخر في وجعة نظرك ومتأخر في طريقة تعليمك ومتأخر في اللي بتقدمه كأستاذ.

ويمكن ده يدخلنا في نقطتين أهم من بعض. المكان والقيمة. الحرم الجامعي هو المكان اللي بيحتوي كل ده. مش عارف ليه ممكن نتجاهل نقطة زي دي خصوصا في المجالات التصميمية والفنية. المساحات الاجتماعية والفنية وتوافرها كطلبة وأساتذة وتعزيز الحوار بينهم. دول ميقلوش قيمة عن المعارض الفنية بل يمكن هي أهم منها كمان. مساحات الحوار مهمة تتوفر وسط العملية التعليمية من فترة للتانية وبشكل منظم زيه زي المحاضرات وبصورة أفراد بتتبادل وجهات النظر والأفكار مش أستاذ على كرسي وطالب بيحاوره.

قيمتنا كأفراد مهم جدا تتحدد بمدى جدوتنا وفكرنا وقيمة اللي بنقدمه ومشاركته مش بمناصب متغيرة وبينساها المجتمع مع الوقت لأنك نسيت تبقى إنسان وأستاذ علم حقيقي قبل ما تكون صاحب مركز وسلطة...

في النهاية، أنا مبسوط جداً بالنقاش الحاصل في كشيدة وبالأبواب اللي هيفتحها على مدى السنين الجاية ومحاولتنا نخلق تعاون واضح في مجتمع التصميم العربي بدون تشتت ومعارك غير مجدية. شكراً كشيدة.

Today we want to celebrate the Environment Day with one of the oldest cultures, the Egyptian culture. The camel is a good symbol for caring the environment and nature, saving water and resources. Camels showing how real sustainable transport works fine since thousands of years. Even camel milk is healthier and more environmental friendly as cow milk. Camels survive in cold, dry and hot environments, not just in deserts, drylands or wastelands. They can live even in mountains or nordic regions. So if you want to adapt to the climate changes, global warming and extreme weather, think like a camel :)

We will cultivate the best plants to clean toxic air and to produce fresh and filtered air, especially in megacities with much air pollution problems. Trees are the best air conditioners.

World Environment Day (WED) is celebrated on the 5th of June every year, and is the United Nation's principal vehicle for encouraging awareness and action for the protection of our environment. First held in 1974, it has been a flagship campaign for raising awareness on emerging environmental issues from marine pollution, human overpopulation, and global warming, to sustainable consumption and wildlife crime. WED has grown to become a global platform for public outreach, with participation from over 143 countries annually. Each year, WED has a new theme that major corporations, NGOs, communities, governments and celebrities worldwide adopt to advocate environmental causes.

Camels can go many weeks without drinking anything at all. The notion that they cache water in their humps is pure myth - their humps are made of fat, and water is stored in their body tissues.
