World of Cacao

CACAO CEREMONY for a dance retreat this Sunday.
A cacao ceremony where I didn’t invite the Cacao spirit but Gods holy spirit to guide me & us. It felt different but oh so good. My favorite moment: We prayed beforehand that God is present through all of the ceremony and that he is the one touching our hearts. Filling us with love. Giving glory and thanks to him. Praising him for this gift of nature. His creation. Working with Cacao on the physical level only.

Spending time with God, actively opening my heart for him and connecting with him continues to show me the power of him.

Still figuring out my way as I go, but this is a very honest change of the way I would do a ceremony now. With God.
And yes we don’t need Cacao to open our heart, but it’s a helpful tool. Music is a helpful tool. Dance as well. But above all is God.

Have you ever stopped to wonder who you’re really talking to?

For years, I was caught up in the spiritual scene — praying to the universe, thanking the moon, calling in signs from cacao and crystals. It felt normal. It felt safe.

No one really talked about God — that personal Creator who calls for our heart, not just our wishes.

Then one day, sitting in church, one simple sentence shook me:
“Worship the Creator, not the creation.”

It hit me hard. Because all those years, I’d been worshiping the creation, unknowingly leaving the Creator out.

In a world where it’s easier to stay in the fuzzy “universe” space — where everything feels “connected” but nobody really wants to face the truth of a God who loves, who judges, who calls us to love others — I’m choosing something different.

I’m choosing a God who sees me, loves me before I even knew Him, and invites me into a real relationship beyond just spiritual trends.
But
Maybe this is your reminder too:
What if the healing you’re seeking isn’t in the cards, the crystals, or the rituals — but in the One who created it all?

For years I said “universe” too.
I didn’t know how to name the deeper longing I felt.
But what I’ve found now with God feels more true, more real, more life-giving than anything ever has.

This post isn’t here to convince.
It’s simply a reminder — maybe even a gentle wake-up — that there is something more.

If you already believe that the universe or planets can shift things in your life…
just imagine the power of turning to the One who created it all.

The Creator of the stars.
The One who formed your heart.
Who sees you, knows you, and desires a relationship with you.

You don’t need fancy words.
Just speak.
Just ask.
“God, if You’re real — show me.”
That’s enough.

Let it be personal. Let it be yours.

If you’re like me —
I’ve prayed to Pachamama, to Cacao, to the earth for years.
And I still deeply honor the creation.
But I never prayed to God.
Simply because… I had no real connection.
No understanding. No relationship.

Now I do.
And it changed everything.

So I’m sharing these thoughts — not to convince, but to offer a perspective that brought me deeper into truth, peace, and clarity.
We need both: the creation and the Creator.
Nature is sacred — and so is the One who made it.

Last Sundays Cacao ceremony & Concert with my band and a room filled with 200 people. 🤎🫶

It was such a deep & clear space. Hearts wide open. Many songs and vibes from India. Full moon. Tears. Peace. And the sun set at the end of the concert was just magic as well. ✨✨✨

I just love how well music and Cacao work together.

So we made the altar a reflection of this full year, all the 4 seasons plus 12 candles representing each month of this past year. 🌷🌞🍁🌲

Reflecting back on my journey with Cacao.

And to be honest, what Cacao taught me: is how to NOT give up, but how to BELIEVE in my path and that it will make sense.

It is as if god is speaking with me through Cacao. ♥️
