📍 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗦 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗸𝗶 for the project’s Transnational Project Meeting and Study Visit, hosted by our partner 𝗔𝗞𝗠𝗜. Thank you to all partners for the productive days together! 🤝

𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗦 (Bottom-Up Initiative for Learning and Development of Skills in Construction) is an Erasmus+ Forward-Looking project strengthening green and digital skills in the European construction sector through:

🌍 Regional Pact for Skills Hubs in five territories
📊 A data-driven Skills Intelligence Toolkit
🎓 Modular, microcredential-based training paths

During the meeting, the consortium reviewed the project’s first six months and prepared for the next implementation period.

🔎 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀
A full review of the ongoing work packages covering project management, regional skills governance and dissemination, alongside preparations for the upcoming skills intelligence and training phases.

🌐 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗛𝘂𝗯𝘀
Working sessions on stakeholder mapping, governance analysis and preparations for the Hubs — the central governance mechanism of BUILDS.

💡 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
A dedicated exchange on Pact for Skills best practices from the tourism and energy-intensive industries ecosystems, exploring how their lessons can transfer to construction.

🚀 With responsibilities, deadlines and next actions confirmed, the consortium moves forward — building an inclusive, bottom-up model for skills development in construction.

The CultiVETing partners in Albania — Albanian Network for Rural Development, VIS Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo Albania, the Agricultural University of Tirana, Don Bosco Social Centre and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development — have wrapped up a busy season of 𝟮 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 across Tirana and Shkodra! 🎓💼🌾

🤝 The gatherings connected students, VET learners, schools and universities, employers and agri-food organisations around a shared conversation: what tomorrow's jobs look like, what skills employers are searching for, and how young people can step into work placements, internships and ventures of their own. 🚀

💡 The takeaway that came up again and again? 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱. 🌱

💻🌾 Modern agri-food runs on technology, innovation, smart marketing, sound management, entrepreneurial thinking and digital know-how.
