အရင်ဆုံး Germany 🇩🇪 မှာ Pflege Ausbildung တက်ရတာ လွယ်ကူတဲ့အရာတော့မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ တစ်ခါတစ်လေ လူကောစိတ်ပါ ပင်ပန်းပါတယ်။ Pflege Ausbildung တက်ဖို့ဘာတွေပြင်ဆင်ရမလဲမေးရင်တော့ တစ်ခုပဲ … German စာ German စကားပဲကောင်းကောင်း ပြောတတ်ဖို့ပဲလိုပါတယ်။ Nursing နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဘာမှ လေ့လာခဲ့စရာမလိုပါဘူး။ လေ့လာပြီး ဗဟုသုတလေးရှိထားရင်တော့ အကောင်းဆုံးပေါ့ဗျာ။

Generalistische Pflegeausbildung (အထွေထွေသူနာပြု သင်တန်း) မှာဆိုရင် Vollzeit/Fulltime (3years) နဲ့ Teilzeit (max. 5 years) နှစ်ခုခွဲထားပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ Pflege Ausbildung နဲ့လာတဲ့သူတွေအများစု ကတော့ Vollzeit ကိုတတ်ကြပါတယ်။

Vollzeit မှာဆိုရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ အနည်းဆုံး သုံးနှစ်တတ်ရပြီး အဲ့သုံးနှစ်အတွင်းမှာ Theory ကို ကျောင်းမှာသင်ရပြီး Practical ကိုတော့ သက်ကြီးရွယ်အို သူနာပြု (Stationär Langzeitpflege), ကလေးသူငယ်သူနာပြု (Pädiatrie), စိတ်ရောဂါ သူနာပြုစုစောင့်ရှောက်မှု Psychiatrie, ဆေးရုံမှာရှိတဲ့ လူနာတွေကို သူနာပြု စုစောင့်ရှောက်ရတဲ့ (Stationäre Akutpflege) နဲ့ Ambulante Pflege/ Mobile Pflege လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ လူနာတွေရှိတဲ့ အိမ်တွေကိုလိုက်ပြီး ကျန်မာရေးပြုစုစောင့်ရှောက်ပေးရတဲ့ သူနာပြု ဆိုပြီး သူနာပြုနဲ့သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ Professional Workplaces တွေမှာ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေ ယူရပါတယ်။
