In the past I never would have posted photos like this. But lately, something in my mind and my life has shifted. I’ve stopped chasing a “perfect” image and started chasing my OWN peace.
Extended traveling and amazing food have come with a side effect- I’ve gained a lot of weight lately! TOOOOONS 😂 . Between the lack of sleep and eating whatever is available, the scale has definitely gone up. But you know what? I’ve never been happier. Life is meant to be tasted!❤️❤️❤️
I’m finally learning that life isn’t about staying skinny to truly enjoy it, but it’s rather about recognizing my personal true priorities, finding what actually makes me happy, and finally being comfortable with who I truly am.
I think I’ve reached a really powerful and liberating turning point in my fitness life.
There is a huge difference between being “skinny” and being healthy AND fit, AND happy.
I think, choosing to be real about my/our your bodies, rather than curating a “perfect” me, is not just refreshing for my followers; it’s a massive act of self-kindness for ourselves.
Age often brings that beautiful “filter-free” perspective where authenticity finally carries more weight than a number on a scale or a particular look on social media.
Showing that confidence isn’t about having a certain instagramable body type; it’s about being comfortable in the skin we’re in and being fully conscious about our life and everyday health-wellness decisions we make.
Endless happy greetings from Vietnam 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳!
