Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a University Application Specialist. The specialist will oversee the university application process, provide support to students, and troubleshoot application-related challenges. Responsibilities include advising students, analyzing application documentation, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth application experience. Clear communication and solution-oriented approaches are key to success in this role.
Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills to assess and review student applications efficiently
Proficiency in Application Support and the ability to guide students through various systems
Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during the application process
Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure application accuracy
Working Hours: 4 hours per day/week (flexible)
Salary: 10,000 BDT
