Last Friday, the final presentations of the four student teams in our course Project in Service and Innovation Management, offered in collaboration with Munich Airport, took place. Over the past four months, our students conducted desk research and spoke to industry experts to determine who the future users of UAM Airport Shuttle Services might be and what an ideal customer journey might look like. Additionally, through conducting interviews with potential future users, they identified customer expectations, potential pitfalls and opportunities for service providers and derived important managerial implications.

We were very impressed with the results presented by our teams and congratulate all participants on the successful completion of this project! Special thanks go to our partner Munich Airport for the collaboration and for sharing their expertise.
