During our latest Tech Field Studies session, our students got the chance to step behind the scenes at Heilbronner Stimme, learn more about the challenges of the media industry and explore how technology and AI are shaping the future of journalism.

From AI-powered metadata and automated content generation to tools for transcription, fact-checking and discovering emerging topics, our students got a glimpse into how technology can support journalists and make the entire content process smarter and more efficient. 🤖💡

Piscine Recap ✨ Week 4

Four weeks of intensive coding have come to an end. 💻

What an experience it’s been! In our final week, we had it all — an epic Core Game tournament 🎮, our Piscine breakfast 🥐, and one last community standup together. 🙌

From late nights in the cluster to breakthroughs on projects, this Piscine was so much more than lines of code — it was about resilience, friendship, and growth.

To all our Pisciners: what you achieved these past four weeks was nothing short of extraordinary. We’re proud of every single one of you — and can’t wait to welcome some of you back in October. 🚀

Halfway there and still going strong 💪 Piscine Week 3 update!

This week our Pisciners leveled up hours of deep-focus coding, back-to-back rush evaluations, and our usual stand-up to keep everyone aligned and motivated.

Then came Friday: Exam 02. Another checkpoint cleared, another step closer to the finish line. 🏁

But the real fun is just getting started... say hello to Core Game! 🎮 Built by students, for students, this bot-coding challenge throws two AI-controlled bots into a live 1v1 showdown. Think strategy, think speed, think “did I really just outsmart my own code.” 🎲 A serious test of logic, wrapped in serious fun.
