Wie war unser Tag heute?
Spannend, lehrreich und voller Genuss.
Heute haben wir die Weine für unsere Masterclass „Weinland Chile“ am 21.07.2026 ausgewählt – und das war gar nicht so einfach. Chile bringt eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an Weinen hervor.
Von Weinen mit klarem Herkunftscharakter über frische, alkoholarme Weine mit lebendiger Säure bis hin zu autochthonen Rebsorten, Low-Intervention-Weinen und klassischen Stilistiken – es gab unglaublich viel zu entdecken.
Wir haben verkostet, diskutiert, Sebastians spannende Geschichten aus Chile gehört und überlegt, wie wir dir diese Vielfalt am besten präsentieren. Ehrlich gesagt: Unsere Weinliste wurde mit jeder Flasche länger. 😊

How was our day today?
Fun, informative, and strategic.
Today we selected the wines for our “Weinland Chile” Masterclass on 21.07.2026—and it was anything but an easy task. Chile is producing an incredible diversity of exciting wines.
From wines with a strong sense of origin, lower alcohol and vibrant acidity, to indigenous grape varieties, low-intervention winemaking, and more traditional styles, there was so much to discover.
We tasted, discussed, listened to Sebastian’s fascinating stories from Chile, and carefully considered the best way to present this remarkable diversity. In fact, our tasting list just kept getting longer!
We can’t wait to share these wines (and the stories behind them) with you.

Yeyyy — this week we moved! 🎉 🎉
What a busy week, but definitely a move for the better. We’re settling into a more modern space, and as soon as our new office is fully organised, I’ll share more pictures 😊
Our new location is now just a 15-minute walk from the main train station, surrounded by hotels and restaurants 🏨🍷
The new seminar rooms will also create an even better environment for learning, tasting, and sharing wine knowledge 🍇
