Zwei intensive Tage, die gezeigt haben, was uns verbindet: Gemeinsam lernen. Gemeinsam gestalten. Gemeinsam wachsen.

Two training days full of exchange, development and team spirit 🧡
Over the past two days, we at Continental Kinderwelt have focused intensively on important topics related to needs-oriented education and child safeguarding. Reflecting together, learning from one another and continuing to develop our educational work – for ourselves and, above all, for the children.
On the second day, it was also time to get hands-on!
New seating areas were built for our big lawn, walls were brightened up, plants were planted, and many small to-dos were completed to make our Kinderwelt an even more beautiful place. 🎨🪴🌈
And because a strong team also grows through shared experiences, we continued with “Schlag dein Team” – with lots of fun, action and team spirit. 🏆
The perfect way to round off the day was a dinner together at an Italian restaurant. 🍕🍝
Two intensive days that showed us what connects us: Learning together. Creating together. Growing together.
