Excited to meet new clients in one of the New Normal formats. Online connectivity empowers the world (coffee empowers the coach at 3:30 in the morning ;-); the client chooses the channel but the goal to present powerfully and convincingly is non-negotiable.
Today‘s 6-hour online workshop invites my participants to watch and learn; ask and learn; challenge and be challenged, train... and grow!

NLS has gone ... online!
It will always remain our goal to fulfil our value proposition of customization; therefore pre-recorded online sessions just don‘t cut it. 8 Project Managers needed in-depth mindset and communication training for their business with their American supply chain. I love working with demanding and high-speed clients... together we create the momentum and reach the altitude we love so much!

Nerissa Rothhardt is a perfect sparring partner when you passionately advocate for your cause. In my case, that cause is saving the golden quality of my freelance business partners for post-Corona times. Nerissa‘s questions make you reflect and ponder, smile and wonder... also about the things you have not thought of yet.

In a nutshell:
- as an end-consumer: throw away all your vouchers and buy new ones, of course from local retailers!
- as a member of a club: approach your members and suggest a donation to your favourite solo-entrepreneur in your region
- as an enterprise: add 1 freelance worker to your workforce. Where there are ###, there is room for ### + 1!
- as a solo-entrepreneur/freelance provider: approach your customers and dare to ask for a ‚gap fee‘: a part of the fee they had palnned with you in 2020 anyway.

I promise it will resonate!

Meine erste Initiative, ‚Pay it Forward!‘, ist angelaufen, die ersten, positiven Reaktionen und Stabilisierungsmaßnahmen für meine freiberuflichen Sprach- und interkulturellen Trainer sind schon in der Umsetzung.

NLS is... not on tour! Due to the outbreak, my corporate client in Japan and I decided to change the format of live to online communication support for their senior management. The challenge remains the same, the distance is larger, but the spirit and motivation on both sides are high!
So we have turned the night into a working day and are enjoying a unique working atmosphere!
