Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse () and Music Director Tarmo Peltokoski begin their tour of Japan this week, featuring pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii (). The program includes Rachmaninoff’s virtuosic Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and Mahler’s “Tragic” Symphony No. 6.
