SoulFarm Yoga

SoulFarm Yoga is only a small part of a bigger project that is about to start. In our crazy, challenging and stressful world we are desperate for a place to wind down, relax and recover. It is a mix of Hatha and Yin Yoga - depending on the mood and ability of the people in class. Beginners are more than welcome! SoulFarm Yoga does not focus on how to become slimmer and fitter (even though it is a natural side effect of your yoga practice). Instead it invites you to learn about the traditional yoga philosophy, challenge your body and mind in a healthy way and by teaching asanas, as well as breathing techniques and meditation, prepare your mind to face our every day life in a better and more balanced way. The classes are taught in English. Mats, cushions and belts are provided - but feel free to bring your own if you please. The class starts at 6pm (please be on time), you may come as early as 5:45pm. We have a changing room on site so you don't have to come in your gear. Currently classes take place in the beautiful premises of the "Lister Hof" or "Well-Balanced Institut", located in the Bronsartstraße 5, 30161 Hannover. Prices:
