We’re continuing our little series, that shines a light on our newest team members! Today we’re happy to introduce you to: Nico (.fidelibus )!
Coming from the visual side of film production, he’s now doing an internship in our Munich studio gaining new experiences in the sonic world. He’ll support our production team and get insights into the full process ranging from composition to mixing, to castings. Counting Christian Löffler, Bicep & Fred again.. as some of his biggest inspirations, there’s no doubt we have another man of great taste in our team. We can’t wait to see what you’ll come up with!

Welcome Eldah!

We’re very happy to introduce you to our newest addition to the team: Eldah! Hailing from New York, she’s studying musicology at NYU and is currently doing an internship in our Berlin office! She’ll support us in a variety of fields reaching from strategy to production. Referring to Rosalia as one of your favorite artists was all we needed to hear to know that you’re the right fit for this job!🎶

With cultural marketing being one of the biggest buzzwords of the moment our very own managing director and head of strategy Robert Hosp ( ) will host the panel Brands & Beats: Building Cultural Credibility in Music at the very first edition of the Strat Con this friday.
He’ll be joined by Tina Blech ( )[Senior Creative Strategist at Vice] to explore the various ways that brands can utilize music culture to build authentic & sustainable relationships to reach new audiences while strengthening the existing ones.

We’d like to give a warm welcome to our newest Hamburg office team member Bella ()🎊⚓️. Check out her introduction down below to get to know more about her journey and musical path⬇️

Anyone else fall into an existential crisis when they forget their headphones at home? No? Just me…? Cool.
Well, ever since I was small, I had a fascination for sound and the ability it has to change energy and enhance moods. Whether I was having a good day or a bad day, I always loved finding the perfect song to reflect exactly how I felt - It’s a little bit like living in your own movie. Whether that’s normal or not, I’m not sure, but it definitely makes life feel more vibrant.
From playing with my fathers record collection to then becoming a musician at 7 years old, to now being a DJ and learning production, music has remained at the core of everything I do. However, working in music didn’t seem realistic at the time when I was faced with the decision to pick a university course, so I decided to study a subject that came closest to music: Corporate Law… Hope you caught the sarcasm :-)
Fast forward, after years of working corporate jobs I wasn’t passionate about, I recently made it my mission to look for work that resonates with me, at a company that is equally as excited about music as I am. So, with a boat load of passion and a little determination, I decided to send an initiative application to BLUT, to which I got a surprisingly quick response from the team. We met, we clicked and I guess I work here now.
Looking forward to creating sonic magic with an awesome team and sharing it with the world!

Last Monday Blut’s cheecky boys Michael () & Niklas () visited Düsseldorf for the Digital Experience and got some new insights into all things Metaverse & Web3👾😎. And as if that wasn’t enough Michael was able to show off his invincible pool skills🎱 and got to starr in a video for a German TV chef (This might be his breakthrough as an actor🤞🏼). What a trip!
Anyways it was great listening to all the speakers and a pleasure to be the music partner for another ADC event. Also shoutout to our friend who gave us an incredible insight into the artistic opportunities that the digital future is holding.👏🏼
