Europhil Jobs Agency

Jobs Agency and Education Services We were founded in 1981 in Hamburg, Germany, as a consulting service. Thus, we make the world a little better!

Since then we have expanded our operations to more then 12 countries in the world. As part of our business activities in the Philippines, we have identified potential synergies. Germany urgently needs motivated and hardworking labor force. In the Philippines there are plenty of people that do not or only have a low-paying job. So we can solve the problems of both countries with our service. Great people, Great opportunities. By finding employees the work they are best suited for, and by finding employers those candidates who best fit within their organization, we provide value to society as a whole. Changing labor market trends, including an aging population, flexibilization, and resolving labor market shortages, means developing new solutions. By finding the right balance between the needs of the employer and the changing wishes of employees, we will bring supply and demand closer together. Working sustainably as dedicated and dependable partners for flexible and as-needed employment-services support in the planning, organization, management and ex*****on of customer projects, as well as for delivering industry-specific solutions, our service help enhance the value and results generated from the sourcing of business services and production work for our customers.
