Simplifying packaging, without compromising performance 📦

For our long-standing customer STIEBEL ELTRON, we developed a streamlined corrugated packaging concept for around 150 water heater products, reducing complexity while maintaining reliable product protection.

What changed? We reduced the number of corrugated board grades by more than 75% and created a more structured, unified packaging system tailored to product requirements.

The result: a more efficient and scalable approach across the entire portfolio

✔️ Standardised solutions based on optimised corrugated board grades per product group
✔️ White digital printing for a consistent brand appearance across all packaging

Our apprentices at Mondi Frantschach showed during the 2026 Apprentice Outing that teamwork is not only important in the workplace, but also in the climbing park and on the 3D archery course. 😎

Between action, adventure and plenty of fun, there was also time to get to know new colleagues and create lasting memories together.

Mondi Zeltweg has been supporting the Caritas Lerncafe Knittelfeld for many years, supporting around 30 children in their educational, social, and language development.

During the summer holidays, Mondi Zeltweg continues to create memorable experiences at the Mondi Lerncafe. 💛

The children have already enjoyed a horseback riding excursion to Reiterhof Schmiedt in Greith 🐎, shared ice cream together 🍦, and spent an exciting afternoon playing mini golf. ⛳

These diverse holiday activities bring not only plenty of variety, but above all joy, a sense of community, and lasting memories. 🌈✨

Susan shared insights on how responsible sourcing and sustainable design can help deliver on the promise of paper packaging. Fabio explored how the flexible packaging industry can balance product protection, food safety and innovation while increasing recyclability.

These discussions reflected the broader conversations shaping our industry today from circular design and packaging regulations to the innovations needed to advance a circular economy.
