I think there is a deeper reason why so man women feel resistance to show up online.
It’s not that we don’t want to be seen or have nothing to say.
It’s that we no longer want to stay surface level to be consumable.
We don’t fear visibility but we feel resistance to continue chasing it.
At the age of 47 having built a global brand online for more than 10 years (and being a Projector in Human Design) I have learned that having Presence is not how frequently you appear.
It is what happens to the room when you do.
Now more women than ever I see visionary female entrepreneurs feel the fire to create, contribute and collaborate - and we want to have the freedom to do it our way.
We no longer want to edit our energy, deny our depths and filter our individuality to chase virality.
Human Design helped me remember the version of me before the world told me I am “too-much”.
And gave me full permission and the tools to express her fully again - in what I want to create, how to make money and how I wanted my life, business and brand look and feel like.
Maybe the most rebellious, anti-algorithm thing we can do right now is:
to trust our resistance and re-align with what feels right to us not fills others people’s feed,
to have the courage to opt out of the common belief that exposure means relevance and attention only follows endless appearance and
The audacity to set a higher purely personally defined standard to get truly recognised for who we are.
One that is defined by how we are designed to express ourselves naturally and serves our individuality, vision and energetic needs - and not at the cost of it.
You are not too much, darling. Let my presence remember you that your power is much needed right now.
