Under the tree the gifts enthrall,
But the nicest present of them all
Is filling our thoughts with those who care,
Wanting our Christmas joy to share.

As we are closer to Christmas - we enjoyed a guided tour together with our international researchers, their families and friends. The guided tour through the city Centre of Göttingen gave us a wonderful insight into the history and architecture, accompanied by all the sparkling Christmas lights and decorations. Finishing with a get-together afterwards, with a hot drink and some Christmas cookies was a perfect way to have some more chats before starting into the holidays soon.

Always worth a trip: We enjoyed a wonderful guided tour with our international researchers at the Göttingen Saline Luisenhall on Wednesday.

Although we got a lot of umbrella pictures yesterday too - the rain didn’t stop us during our enjoyable tour around the Göttingen „Stadtwall“. It was all worth it!

The weather was just perfect last week on our walk through the beautiful grounds of our Stadtfriedhof - together with our international researchers.
We enjoyed our walk together and those stories about the history of these peaceful and beautiful grounds.
