I guess none of you expected to hear from us or this site ever again - but we have one last accomplishment we want to share. We kept working on our project to be able to publish it, and it got accepted by Biosensors and Bioelectronics!
We are very proud to present our project once again - now in peer-reviewed journal format :-)

Our iGEM team has been travelling the US east cost and New York State in small groups since the end of the Giant Jamboree, and we all came back together in New York City for our last days! Today's the last day of our journey together, and we are once again celebrating our trip. We've had a great time - individually and as a group. New York has been amazing, and we are bringing home a lot of experiences - like staying in a way-to-small hostel in Chinatown 😊 Greetings to everyone at home!

The Giant Jamboree is now over. We received a gold medal and got nominated for four awards: "Best Health & Medicine" - "Best Innovation in Measurement" - "Best Wiki" and "Best Presentation"! We would really have loved to bring home one of those beautiful glass thingys - sadly it didn't work out. But what we are bringing home are invaluable memories and many new experiences. Thank you all for supporting and following us!
