„Bourbon“ feels like the moment you finally slow down after a long day. Warm jazz piano, smooth bass and relaxed boom bap drums set the tone while a gentle sax adds extra depth. The track captures the vibe of sitting in a cozy bar with a glass of bourbon in hand, enjoying good company and a quiet sense of relief.

The collaboration brings together three artists with different backgrounds and a shared love for groove and atmosphere. Munich based jazz pianist Erwin Do adds his signature touch while Brazilian producers DJ Lagoa and M2K shape the laid back rhythm and low end. Together they blend jazz feeling and classic hip hop drums into a smooth modern lofi sound.

„See With Your Soul“ moves at its own calm pace. Warm organ, soft e-piano and deep bass create a quiet and reflective atmosphere while subtle drums keep the groove grounded. The track feels calm and slightly haunting at the same time, like a quiet moment where things slow down and you can just sit with your thoughts.

The single is the fourth release from Raz-One’s EP „Extra Terestru“. The Berlin based producer from Romania is known for blending deep harmonies, melodic ideas and groove driven drums into a very personal take on lo-fi hip hop. His sound balances feeling and rhythm, always keeping things thoughtful yet easy to listen to.

igory crafts warm jazz-infused beats built on dusty drums, mellow keys and late-night atmosphere. Blending classic boom-bap feel with smooth jazz textures, his sound is driven by soulful sampling and groove-focused production. In 2025 he released his first single with Oiyo Records, connecting his jazzy beat world with the label’s laid-back community.

Tribute to

After more than 5 years of close collaboration on the label side and over 75 songs released together via Oiyo Records, this Friday marks our final label release (for now) with halfpastseven - the EP „That One Drawer“, including the focus track „Postcard from Grandma“.

These slides could never capture all the highlights of our journey. Back in 2020, we released “Red Piano” together - only the second single in Oiyo Records history. With that release we entered the editorial game of the DSPs, landing our first placements in playlists like Lofi Beats, Jazz Vibes and BEATstrumentals.

What followed were five incredible years of collaboration - from our first vinyl „Music To Walk Home To“, to shared live tours, the collab EP with FloFilz, unforgettable moments at and many more milestones along the way.

A big part of this journey also belongs to , and special thanks to , who first discovered halfpastseven and made the signing happen.

Joshi is without a doubt one of the most talented upcoming jazz pianists, live musicians and producers out there. More importantly, our collaboration has always been built on friendship, trust and mutual respect.

Thank you for everything over these past years.

While this chapter on the label side is closing, we’re grateful that he’ll remain part of the Oiyo family on the publishing side - and we’re excited to see what the next years will bring.

Based in Amsterdam, halfpastseven has been shaping his sound between studio sessions and immersive live shows with collectives like Super Sonic Jazz and Steppin‘ Into Tomorrow.
