Watch out! New Application Deadline!😀
Join the study program in Frankfurt tackeling Artistic: Mediation, Research and Collaboration
The English-language Master Contemporary Dance Education (MA CoDe) is aimed at experienced dancers, performers, and choreographers who want to explore the foundations of their work in the context of a contemporary dance education.
MA CoDE is designed to be both theoretical and practical: The program focuses on the individual interests of the students, supports them in working these out, and follows the highest standards both artistically and academically. Emphasis is placed on a comparative methodology in contemporary dance, on the analysis of group processes, on reflection, communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The reference to practice is always central – in close cooperation with international partners and in association with the Hessische Theaterakademie - HTA , we implement diverse projects and mediation formats in the professional field.
Begin of studies: April 2023
The Application is opening on 1st of October 2022

An exciting day with Ami Skånberg Dahlstedt from Stockholm University of the Arts. 👏
The Head of the Master’s program in Contemporary Dance Didactics gave a wonderful lecture on »Suriashi as Experimental Pilgrimage in Urban and Other Spaces«. And then we did it in the MA CoDE studio: suriashi!
