Join the Friends of MSF for a coffee morning celebrating the midsummer and diversity! Our Swedish parent will come to share the ancient Northern Europe tradition to celebrate the longest day and the shortest night of the year! 🤗🌟

A Special MSF Tradition 🥹🦊

The parents of our Transition children gathered at MSF for one of our much-loved annual traditions: making Schultüten.

The Schultüte is a beautiful German tradition marking the start of a child’s school journey — and each year, our parents create these colourful cones with so much love, creativity and care.

It was wonderful to see our community come together, preparing for this exciting next step as our Transition children get ready for Grade 1 🤩💖

Despite the initial rain showers and a brisk breeze, we weren't about to let the weather spoil our Friends of MSF Rooftop Summer Kick-off. 🌦️😅

A small but wonderful group gathered on the rooftop to welcome the summer together, and our persistence paid off. After a rather rainy start, the weather settled and the rest of the evening stayed dry. While summer was still a little hesitant to make a full appearance, the temperatures were pleasant enough to enjoy great conversations, a short salsa dance lesson, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of laughter.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable evening. We're already looking forward to the next rooftop gathering and many more summer moments together! ☀️🍹💃

Our Grade 4 students went on a trip to Koblenz - three nights away from home strengthening their independence and building their confidence. Team spirit has never been stronger - thanks to our wonderful teachers for making this possible!! 🙏🥹💖🦊

Today, in Early Years we held our Student-Led Conferences! 🤗

Families had the opportunity to explore different learning spaces, including the Sports Hall, classrooms, Music & Mindfulness Room, Art and ICT Room. Throughout the experience, our Early Year students demonstrated remarkable student agency as they guided their parents through activities, shared their learning journeys, and proudly showcased the knowledge, skills, and experiences they have developed throughout the academic year.

It was inspiring to see our learners take ownership of their learning and confidently reflect on their growth.
