FYI... 60% in this case can come from reducing any of the following:
- amount of sessions
- how hard you push in the sessions
- how many sets you do in a session
- length of sessions

A little bit of info on how we tried to design the studio 😊
"I'll start once things settle down" - Cool, if you actually mean it and there's a legitimate reason there.
But if you're currently not looking after your health and fitness then at some point you need to make it a slightly higher priority 🙏
"If nothing changes, nothing changes." 🙏
The absolute legend is an inspiration to everyone in the studio 😁
She has made an incredible transformation in the last year and even since filming this video she's made even more progress 😅
The most important thing is she did it in a sustainable way and enjoyed the journey.
No starvation diets, no punishing herself with exercise, and no sacrificing her life away 😊

The 60% doesn't HAVE to be reducing sessions ❌
It can also be reducing intensity, reducing length of sessions, reducing amount of sets etc.
Also important to note: 60% is just an arbitrary number to explain the concept in a memorable way 😂
