Final Conference:
The Project Final Conference took place on 25.10.2022 lead by the Project Coordinator in the premises of Sapienza Università di Roma participated by the project consortium, students, and academia from Sapienza, as well as professionals from the territory.

The conference brought the project’s results to the attention of the project stakeholder (academic and professional communities) as well as it was an opportunity for enhancing the network and potential cooperation among project partners, and the invited professionals, academics, and students.

In this conference the audience could also learnt about the Project Management and game-based learnings (PM through edutainment methods). Additionally, in the interactive session of the conference the audience played the PMBOG boardgame to explore:

• how to playfully learn developing and analyze of scenarios and train their decision-making skills,

• how to manage and deal with situations when structural delays affect the project performances,

• how to set the roles and select team members accordingly,

• how we can optimally coordinate existing resources within the framework of the project to achieve the project objectives

Last Transnational Project Meeting:
The last transnational meeting was chaired by the Project Coordinator hosted in the premises of Sapienza University of Rome Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering on 24.10.2022.
The meeting was dedicated to the conclusion of the PMBOG project, followed by final conference on 25.10.2022 providing the foundations for the sustainability of the project and ensure that the PMBOG game-based education can remain relevant after the project’s lifetime.

In this transnational meeting the project partners Sapienza Università di Roma, SYDIC SYstem Dynamics Italian Chapter, The Business Game, University of Macedonia, Kompass Frankfurt, Ergo Ludo Editions, and AccessPoint presented their works and contributions in implementation of the Project’s Intellectual Outputs. Likewise, the Project coordinator briefed the project partners on successfully conclusion of the project from administrative and operational aspects.

The Transnational Project Meetings during the implementation of PMBOG project were not only useful in establishing a strong implementation and resource management but also provided the opportunities to the consortium for meetings. Because such meetings are essential to strengthen the personal connection amongst the project team, assure that everybody is in line with the project milestones, exchange about difficulties and obstacles, finding solutions as well as the planning of the working phases lying ahead of project implementation.

Due to the Covid-19 related restrictions the previous transnational project meetings of the project were held online.

Ergo Ludo Editions, one of the PMBOG's consortium partner, sponsoring the Rome Wargame Gathering in Roma next 22-23 October, in which the Italian publishers of the Wargame world will show their present and future projects.

Also a good opportunity for board game interests ♟🧩🎲 to explore more about PMBOG and its brand-new board game.
