The application period is now open!
For the 2026/27 funding period, EUF is expected to award 64 Deutschlandstipendien to outstanding and committed students.
Special opportunities:
• Up to 9 scholarships for students at the Institute for International Management (IIM).
• 12 scholarships for students in the Master of Education (M.Ed.) – Vocational Schools (Engineering & Technical Sciences), each with a monthly funding amount of €450.
How to apply
Applications are submitted through an online portal. First, create your application account to access the form. You can save your progress and return at any time before submitting your application—there is no need to complete everything in one session.

DAAD Prize 2026 – Call for Nominations
The International Center is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the DAAD Prize for Outstanding Achievement of Foreign Students.
The prize includes €1,000 and recognizes an international degree-seeking student at Europa-Universität Flensburg who has demonstrated excellent academic performance and exceptional social, intercultural, or community engagement.
Who can nominate?
All lecturers, professors, university staff, and students are invited to submit nominations.
Eligible candidates:
International degree-seeking students (Bachelor’s from the 5th semester, Master’s from the 2nd semester, doctoral candidates, or recent graduates). Exchange and guest students are not eligible.
📅 Nomination deadline: 1 October 2026

The award will be presented during the “Windows to the World” Intercultural and Diversity Celebration on 6 November 2026.
