In today’s global economy, commercial companies and non-profit organizations increasingly embrace the whole world as their workplace. How do we best organize effective learning across borders? How can people succeed despite the strains of increasingly complex work situations? How do we bind our people to a common set of corporate values while taking local realities into account? Implementing coaching cultures can be the first step to fulfill these needs. Schouten Co-Activity addresses these issues specifically by providing internationally accredited, effective coach trainings that help you establish a culture of purpose, creativity and trust. You will find the right skills to enhance collaboration and trigger transformation of talents and potentials to generate sustainable and quantifiable results with people and organizatons. As a subsidiary enterprise of Schouten Training, the international division of Schouten & Nelissen, we have access to 30 years of experience in the training market, in psychological know how regarding organizational and HR-development and in soft skill training.
