Justin and Basti were in Rome and visited our friends from Hung Mun MMA. We had a great time and were able to enjoy a BJJ, a MMA and a Muay Thai class. The trainers were really nice and took extra time to explain everything thoroughly.
Special thanks goes out to Fabio, the head coach, who was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to take a few pictures.

Justin und Basti waren eine Woche zum Training bei Shu-Ha-Ri in Wittenberg. Dabei standen Goju-Ryu Karate, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga und TacFit auf dem Plan.
Wir danken allen Trainern und Schülern für die freundliche Aufnahme in ihren Kreis und die schöne Zeit, die die beiden bei euch verbringen durften!
