We create connections between international nurses and German employers in the healthcare sector. This ensures that no fees are charged to candidates.
Founded in 2014, Educaro is the first international educational institution for ethical employment migration in the healthcare sector and educational migration. Our vision is to create a transparent global labour and education market that connects societies and cultures and thus creates global perspectives - for both employees and employers or students and educational institutes. Educaro is based
on an international corporate structure with headquarters in Düsseldorf and locations in seven countries on five continents, which operate locally in the respective countries. In addition to operating our own language and culture schools to ensure the quality of the language training of our specialists, we also rely on a global partner network and on intensively trained employees to implement all processes in the complex migration process transparently and as smoothly as possible. In this way, we offer our international and national partners sustainable migration solutions from a single source, from the selection process to aftercare for the specialists and students. Therefore, Educaro is committed to fair and ethical recruitment. We align our corporate practices with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel and follow the “Employer Pays” principle. In addition, the United Nations International Human Rights Agreements, the ILO Core Labour Standards, and the IRIS Standards of the International Organization for Migration govern our daily work. We do not collect any fees from candidates and demand the same from everyone involved in our activities. Only a small deposit is retained by the candidate in the form of a check when signing the employment contract (not the T&C contract), in case a candidate is leaving the program because of invalid reasons. We are aware of the sensitive responsibility of our work, which not only affects the lives of our specialists or the personnel planning of our clinic partners. Our work has an impact on the cultural diversity of Germany, the health and educational sector, but also on the countries of origin of our specialists and students. Both the specialists or students in our program as well as our partners are accompanied by us in a spirit of trust through the entire migration process and are then advised and supported by our professionally trained account management team in the important, mutual integration process. Only when the international workers feel they belong to the national society can they fully exploit their social and professional skills. Trust, respect, an open welcoming culture on the part of the employer and mutual understanding are essential for this. In addition to regular internal audits, Educaro also undergoes certification from external institutions to guarantee and confirm the high quality and ethical requirements of our processes in all areas. Among other things, Educaro is AZAV-certified by the German Federal Ministry of Labour Affairs Administration and the proud bearer of the German RAL seal of approval “Faire Personalvermittlung Pflege Deutschland” from the German competence center for international specialists in healthcare professions. Educaro has long standing cooperations with both public and private universities and language schools across Germany with a clear focus on accredited institutions adhering to the quality standards of fadaf, IALC, EQUIS or other internationally recognised certifications. Our organisation is equipped with the latest technologies. In doing so, we rely on intensive optimisation and ongoing digitialisation of our own structures to implement processes that are as transparent and smooth as possible. In addition, we are also pedagogically at the highest level thanks to our own departments for the creation of teaching materials and continuous training for our educators. The applicants for our program are selected according to clear criteria that not only ensure that the nursing staff are professionally qualified, but also take their personal environment into account to ensure sustainable integration with our clinic partners. The international nurses in the Educaro program come to Germany because they are aiming at developing both professionally and personally. They offer professional experience and extensive specialist knowledge, from which our partners will benefit in the long term.
