Alhamdulillah, the blessed month of Ramadan is here — a month of mercy, forgiveness, and countless blessings.

May this Ramadan bring peace to our hearts, نور in our lives, and barakah in everything we do. May Allah SWT accept our fasts, prayers, duas, and all acts of worship. Ameen. 🤲

Let’s make this month a time of reflection, gratitude, self-discipline, and kindness. May we grow closer to Allah and become better versions of ourselves.

Assalamu Alaikum everyone,

We will be observing 1st of Ramadan on Thursday, 19th February, Insha’Allah.

There are two well-known opinions regarding moon sighting:
• One follows local moon sighting
• The other follows global moon sighting

Scholars also differ on whether to follow a specific country/state or a broader sighting. Since the Ummah is divided into many regions, it ultimately becomes an individual responsibility to learn and decide which opinion to follow.

At the same time, it is generally preferable to follow the decision of the mosque where you regularly pray (Namaz), in order to maintain unity within the local community.

We fully respect everyone’s choice in this matter. Please follow what you believe is correct according to your understanding and scholarship.

May Allah SWT accept all our عبادات and grant us a blessed Ramadan. Ameen.
