📢 Das Referat für Internationale Angelegenheiten sucht eine studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d) für 7 Wochenstunden. Die Stelle ist unbefristet.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
✅ Annahme und Weiterleitung von Erstanfragen internationaler Studieninteressierter und TH-Studierender (per Email, per Telefon, in Zoom, in Präsenz)
✅ Unterstützung bei Projekten des Referats (z.B. Rechercheaufgaben, Überarbeitung von Texten und Präsentationen)
✅ Unterstützung und Begleitung von Veranstaltungen für internationale Studierende der TH Köln (auch in digitaler Form)
✅ Administrative Bürotätigkeiten

Dein Profil:
🔴 Noch für mindestens zwei weitere Semester in einem Studiengang an der TH Köln eingeschrieben und in dieser Zeit neben dem Studium verfügbar
🔴 Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
🔴 Kenntnisse der verwendeten Systeme an der TH Köln sowie deren Strukturen (z.B. ILU, PSSO, Standorte, etc.)
🔴 Fähigkeit zur zielgerichteten Informationsweitergabe im Kontakt mit der Zielgruppe
🔴 Sehr hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und Empathie
🔴 Freude an der Arbeit mit internationalen Studierenden
🔴 Sehr gute Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
🔴 Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und digitalen Kommunikationsformaten

TH Köln goes Mexico! 🇲🇽✨

Zwei Studierende und ein Professor der TH Köln nahmen an der Winter School Mexico 2026 an der Tecnológico de Monterrey teil und sammelten wertvolle internationale Erfahrungen. 🌍

Neben fachlicher Weiterbildung standen interkultureller Austausch, gemeinsame Projekte und ein vielseitiges Rahmenprogramm auf dem Plan – von Exkursionen und Stadtführungen bis hin zu Tanzkursen und Sportevents.

Die Winter School ist Teil des Deutschen Hochschulkonsortiums für internationale Kooperationen (DHIK), welches Studierenden der TH Köln in den Studiengängen Maschinenbau und Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen spannende internationale Perspektiven– bis hin zu Austauschsemestern oder Doppelabschlüssen in Mexiko - eröffnet. 🇩🇪🤝🇲🇽
