In my own transformational journey, I have noticed one key pattern that always takes me to where I want to be - intentional action. But the action that creates transformation takes good strategy and planning.

The main problem for most of us is that we feel overwhelmed, we don't know where to begin, we might not feel capable, or we feel we don't have what it takes to pursue our goals consistently. Because of that, we feel stuck, self-sabotage, and feel powerless.

But I assure you: this is not the reality. You have the power to do and create whatever you wish in life - you have been perhaps only using the wrong method.

I dug into my past, talked, and observed how other people with challenging and limiting backgrounds could overcome difficult situations and accomplish amazing things in life.

I noticed the pattern and this was the basis for me to create the formula that has been changing the lives of many of my followers and clients - The DPA formula.

Soulful Discovery + Mindful Strategy + Intentional Action = Change and True Transformation.

The belief and trust we hold in ourselves, the universe, or whatever you name it per se is already powerful but combined with a solid process, and a plan, the potential of what can be accomplished is limitless.

I do believe in the whole, I believe in willpower, but also that discipline is critical to attaining anything we want in life.

Here are some ways in which it can manifest:

-Feeling a sense of inner peace and contentment with who you are and where you are in life

Of course, everyone's journey to a self-fulfilling life is unique and can take time and effort. However, by prioritizing your own happiness and taking steps toward your goals, you can create a life that is truly fulfilling and satisfying.

This month my chosen book to share with you, my lovely community, is Abundance Now by the one and only Lisa Nichols!

If you know me well, you know how much I admire Lisa Nichols, I am always talking about here. She is one of my primary “Virtual Mentors”. This women’s personal story is one of the most inspiring I have ever heard and, of course, I cannot help but to relate to her challenging background. Although I wouldn’t, by any means, compare myself to her, because I know that I have had many other birth privileges. But also I came from a very limiting background, I have been told over and over again that I wasn’t enough, that I wasn’t good enough for this and that, I have been working hard my entire life, and now I am building my empire.

To be like that, to build something like this, it takes much more than people cheering from you and money. It takes resilience, courage, self-love, self-trust, confidence, energy, and much more!

But MAN, this woman inspires me!

This book made me let go of my fears and jump with all my heart into my coaching business.

The idea that it takes 21 days to create a new habit is not true.

While the idea that it takes 21 days to create a new habit has been popularized in self-help literature, research suggests that this may not be entirely accurate. In fact, the amount of time it takes to form a new habit can vary widely depending on the individual and the specific behavior in question. Some habits may be easier to form than others, and certain factors such as motivation, consistency, and environment can also play a role in how long it takes for a habit to stick. That being said, it is still possible to cultivate new habits by setting realistic goals and consistently practicing the desired behavior over time.

5⃣ main tips to make a new habit stick

1.Start small: Begin with a small, achievable goal to make it easier to stick to the habit.
2.Be specific: Define the habit and specify a clear plan for when and where to do it.
3.Make it a daily routine: Consistency is key to forming a new habit, so make it a daily part of your routine.
4.Track your progress: Keep track of your progress to stay motivated and celebrate your successes.
5.Find a partner or support group: Having someone to hold you accountable and provide support can make it easier to stick to a new habit.

There are many other ways you can make sure you will succeed in sticking to a new habit, but when it comes to genuine change, there's nothing like having an expert by your side that will show you the way to success, stick by your side and cheer for you, make sure you keep yourself accountable and that knows exactly how to guide you whenever you come across any roadblocks.

We are fierce, successful, hard-working women.
We can be proud of ourselves for all that we have accomplished, against all odds!

But only we know how tough it was to get where we are and to keep being where we are today.

We feel we need to be constantly proving ourselves, our work, our worth, and our intelligence to the world.

But we are this complete feminine force we want to want to be complete, have a balanced life, feel amazing, and have time to do the things that we love. But it’s so much work, right?

Where to prioritize? We struggle to set the time to work on ourselves, we don’t have the energy to keep consistency, maintain the healthy habits we so much enjoy, and live a beautiful and meaningful daily life.

How can we be even able to do all of that, to be all of that at once? It feels impossible, overwhelming.

But there’s a way, I promise. You need to first organize the house, get everything in place, and work on the inner and outer self. For that, life management skills are key.

Life is like a river.
Sometimes its waters are very calm and still.
Sometimes they can get wild and hard to tame.

Although our self-development journey aims to keep the waters still and calm, it is unavoidable that life will be challenging and wild sometimes. There are things that we can’t control.

I came from a very limited background - I fought my way through the heaviest and wildest waters for a better life. I have been able to live thru splendid, calm, and full of stillness life phases, but still, sometimes I still have to deal with wild waters that insist on coming back.

But I learned to navigate them.
Although there are things we can’t control, we can also control how we react to things.

⊙Be it to first build a successful and independent life
⊙Learning the skills in a foreign country to lead the way to my dream life
⊙Finding the strategies to fight the system and live an authentic life
⊙Going against society’s beliefs and feeling comfortable with who I am
⊙Being able to design a beautiful and inspiring life for myself and others

I developed my own strategy and tools even in the middle of the raging, strongest waters, to keep consistent and focused to keep pursuing my goals and living in balance.

I noticed the pattern that has ALWAYS led me in the right direction and this was the basis for my creating the formula that has been changing the lives of many of my followers and clients - DPA-Formula™ - the foundation for true life transformation.

DPA stands for:

And the work itself consists of:

We think we are doing everything right, but somehow, we feel stuck, like we are not going anywhere.

Here are 3 of the main beliefs/fallacies we stick to when it comes to our self-development journey that might be keeping us from achieving our goals:

🎁 Reward yourself after every small victory - If after an entire successful week of exercise and eating well, you “reward” yourself with some lazy time and eating all you want - then you are self-sabotaging.

Rewards are the results of the hard work you put in. In this case, could be: Feeling amazing with yourself.

🥳 Celebrating your victories is way more appropriate.
After a week of exercise and eating well you celebrate with a loved one, you go out, you drink a glass of champagne, you can even go out for a special dinner - but not jeopardize your hard work and break the consistency of your efforts.

🎯 Focusing on the goal - This is not helpful, because every single journey has setbacks and it’s natural to, sometimes, feel stuck, hit a wall, or something like that. If you feel that you are not getting closer to your goal, you will lose motivation.

🛣 Focusing on the journey, on the small victories, turning things enjoyable, and creating a curious and puzzle-solving mind make things way lighter and enjoyable.

🧠 Mindset is everything - Mindset is important. There are many ways you can work on your mindset BUT, if you have someone telling you that things are not working because you don’t have the right mindset, then that’s bulls***.

👷 Putting in the work and seeing the results is the best thing to keep you motivated and with the right mindset.

The Work comes first to start working on the best mindset. Not the contrary,

Make sure to always question your beliefs and, most importantly, if you’ve been trying something for a long time that is not working, think and research new ways to try it.

If you feel that this is overwhelming and a lot of times you simply feel stuck and don't know what to do - look for expert help from professionals that are known for constantly updating themselves, and experimenting with new things.

Since the day we are born, we are programmed.

We learn from our loved ones, from our closest relationships what is supposedly right and wrong, the best way to live life, what we are supposed to do, our values, and many, many others.

We grow up with beliefs, values, and thoughts that are not exactly ours. These have been inherited from other people, our culture, the society.

Do you feel you are living a congruent life with who you are?
Do you maybe have this feeling in your stomach that maybe there's something else, something different or even greater you are supposed to be doing in your life?

A lot of times, when we are living incongruently with our own values and beliefs, when we are following the road that has been pointed out by others to follow, we feel stuck, powerless, and hopeless.

How can we change this? How do we stop feeling this way?
We need to go through an inner journey to find our true selves. Discover what our life values are, what is it that we are actually passionate about, and start living an authentic life, in which we feel we are the ones in control of the journey and the outcomes generated.

I know, this image quality sucks.

But this is the picture of the first time I could make a cool yoga pose.
It took me almost a YEAR to accomplish that because I didn't have any strength in my upper body.

Yoga was the first time I ever exercised in my life. Before practicing it, I hated any kind of exercise, going to the gym, or any kind of sports.

Yoga changed my life.

Yoga made me so confident in so many different ways!

- I found out that I was capable of way more than I thought I was.
- It made me stronger - mentally and physically
- It made me want to do other kinds of exercises, that once hated because it gave the confidence and the motivation
- It led me to a journey of self-love, self-awareness, and deep self-care

I can say with confidence that yoga was my starting point to be exactly where I am today - to be courageous and learn that I was able to do ANYTHING I wanted in life.

Yoga is WAY more than poses (Asanas). Once you start diving into its philosophy and start absorbing its teachings, life becomes easier, you seek peace, you seek awareness, and a life of love, kindness, and compassion.

Yoga is my thing and I like to recommend it to people when appropriate, but I don't preach it to others.
I preach movement. I preach to you to find something, an exercise, a movement activity that fits who you are.
Because it is not only about the type of exercise, its about the movement itself and creating more awareness of your own being.

Movement is good for the body and for the soul.

One of the questions I ask my clients in their very first session is:
How do you bring movement into your life?

Movement is key for becoming more confident, taking your deserved space, expressing yourself, and becoming aware of your mind and body needs.

About 10 years ago I weighed 42 kilos.
I smoked, ate very badly, and had depression, and anxiety.
But I fitted in the pattern, I thought I was pretty and attractive.

10 years later, healthy as f**k, exercising like a gym worm, eating very well, and being my most amazing version, I weigh almost 20 kilos more.

I asked my beautiful cousin (she is an amazing photographer ) if she could take some pictures I could use for my business. As always, she did an amazing job, but yeah, I couldn't take my eyes off my belly.

I am my best version, I am at a healthy weight, I have the best life I could have, and I actually feel pretty amazing in most of my life areas, but I cannot take my eyes off my belly.

How stupid is that?

The society we live in can be soul-crushing.
People were so used to seeing me like a plank, that sometimes I hear that I am chubby and overweight. We work out, we eat well, and we live a healthy life, but we don't look like the ladies on Instagram, therefore, there's something wrong.

I have transformed my life in many different areas, in many different ways, but this is my new transformational journey: Fully embracing and loving my body as it was always supposed to be.

I know it's possible because I have overcome and changed way more challenging things in my life. But it's still a journey.

Love yourself, and be kind to yourself.
We are perfect just the way we are!

Understanding and learning to control these are key to maintaining mental health hygiene and living a more mindful and balanced life.

A few years back, that is how my life worked:
- I had no control over my thoughts or my feelings. I would become very reactive and explosive in discussions and I would take criticism personally. This affected a lot my relationship with my family and made my working life very difficult.
- I lived mindlessly and this affected directly my health: From going to sleep late at night, waking up late and running to work, not exercising, or eating healthily. All my motions and daily decisions were thoughtless.
- I bottled up all my feelings and thoughts...I tried to ignore them and this would lead me to depressive crisis and anxiety.
- I was heavy with myself. The negative self-talk ruled my head and, because of that, I had very, very low self-esteem.

Those were all results of decreased self-awareness. If I only had known what I know today and had the tools that I have today, I wouldn't have wasted so much precious time in this mindlessly living.

Sometimes, we aren't even aware of our living patterns, we live through the motions.
Sometimes, we are aware of those patterns, but we feel stuck and hopeless, and we don't have a clue how to even get started with the so-needed life changes.

Well, this is why professional life exists. Because we can help you start taking these steps.
