In unserem B1-Deutschkurs wurde nicht nur Vokabeln geübt - wir haben auch gemeinsam eine ganz besondere Aktion unterstützt: Weihnachten im Schuhkarton. 🎄✂️

Dabei werden Schuhkartons mit Spielzeug, Stiften, kleinen Kuscheltieren und anderen Geschenken gefüllt und an Kinder geschickt, die sonst wenig Geschenke bekommen würden. Unsere liebe Frau Schmitt hat die Aktion organisiert, damit wir Kindern in Not Freude und ein Lächeln schenken können. 💝

Eine tolle Gelegenheit, nicht nur Deutsch zu lernen, sondern auch etwas Gutes zu tun. Jeder Karton ein kleines Stück Hoffnung und Liebe!

This time, it wasn’t our students who were learning - but the teachers!
The teaching team of our Studienkolleg took part in a professional development seminar on intercultural competence led by Dr. Gabi Kratochwil. 🌍
The seminar focused on how culture shapes communication, how intercultural misunderstandings can arise, and how to make classroom interaction even more inclusive and open-minded.

Diesmal waren nicht unsere Studierenden die Lernenden – sondern die Lehrkräfte!
Das Lehrteam unseres Studienkollegs nahm an einer Fortbildung zur interkulturellen Kompetenz mit Dr. Gabi Kratochwil teil. 🌍
Im Seminar ging es darum, wie Kultur unsere Kommunikation beeinflusst, welche interkulturellen Missverständnisse entstehen können und wie der Unterricht noch offener und inklusiver gestaltet werden kann.
