☀️ Summer Camp 2026 — a summer full of culture, creativity & connection! 🇨🇳🇩🇪

This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Chinese guests to Germany for an unforgettable cultural exchange! ✨

From inspiring workshops and creative forums to discovering new cultures, meeting new people and sharing ideas — every day brought something new. 🌍💫

Together, we explored Germany, Berlin and even Prague, experienced local culture, exchanged perspectives and created memories that will stay with us for a long time. 🫶

A summer of learning, exploring, creating and connecting beyond borders. ❤️

HAMBURG SEMINAR📍📚🇩🇪

The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) welcome seminar took place in Hamburg last month! 🇪🇺 The session offered ESC volunteers support upon their arrival in Germany, helping them to adapt and navigate a new step in life. The participants built new friendships and worked together on themes such as communication, conflict management, self-confidence, interculturality and, of course, solidarity. ❤️‍🩹💪

Das Einführungsseminar des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps (ESK) fand letzten Monat in Hamburg statt! 🇪🇺 Die Veranstaltung bot den ESK-Freiwilligen Unterstützung bei ihrer Ankunft in Deutschland und half ihnen dabei, sich einzuleben und diesen neuen Lebensabschnitt zu meistern. Die Teilnehmer knüpften neue Freundschaften und setzten sich gemeinsam mit Themen wie Kommunikation, Konfliktbewältigung, Selbstvertrauen, Interkulturalität und natürlich Solidarität auseinander. ❤️‍🩹💪

🇬🇧 Hi, I am Agatha! Every time I have to introduce myself I feel like I need a powerpoint, so here is the short version: I am Portuguese-Brazilian 🇵🇹🇧🇷, lived in way too many places but now I am in Germany thanks to my ESK Project (I am working at ). I love adventures, whether in real life or through pen-and-paper RPGs and videogames 🤓. I also cook my way around the world, in my kitchen you may find a bit from Japan, Austria or Turkey alongside some crazy napkins I thrifted. I am always hunting for vintage treasures, and I also dance vintage styles such as charleston and lindy hop. Here in Chemnitz I even found a retro Diamant bike, so we might run into each other out there! 👋 🚲

🇩🇪 Hallo, ich bin Agatha! Immer wenn ich mich vorstellen muss, habe ich das Gefühl, ich bräuchte eine PowerPoint-Präsentation. Daher hier die Kurzfassung: Ich bin Portugiesin und Brasilianerin 🇵🇹🇧🇷, habe an viel zu vielen Orten gelebt, bin aber dank meines ESK-Projekts jetzt in Deutschland (ich arbeite bei ). Ich liebe Abenteuer, sei es im echten Leben oder durch Pen-and-Paper-Rollenspiele und Videospiele 🤓. Außerdem koche ich mich um die Welt – in meiner Küche findet man neben ein paar verrückten Servietten, die ich im Secondhand-Laden ergattert habe, auch ein bisschen was aus Japan, Österreich oder der Türkei. Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach Vintage-Schätzen und tanze auch Vintage-Stile wie Charleston und Lindy Hop.
