One week left of school and the christmas spirit is rising!
Student Council will be having a bake sale on Thursday 17th December. Since we need a few extra hands with the baking, if anyone is interested, comment this post with your email. Any goods are well appreciated. Of course, you can get CAS hours for this! Looking forward to a successful bake sale. :)

Its almost Christmas time ;) We have 2 more weeks of school to go!
And THE STUDENT COUNCIL TEAM has a special surprise for you:
On Tuesday the 15th and Friday the 18th of December Santa is coming with Gifts for the great effort that we made up to now in this school year ;)
By paying 2€, you will be able to win a Christmas present!
Help us get into Christmas Spirit and come by during LUNCH TIME 1:15 by the IMBISS in the SENIOR SCHOOL!

NIGHT of the ARTS
Tuesday, December 8, 2015
18:30-19:30 approx
MIS PAC

PLEASE BRING FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
ALL ARE WELCOME!

Featuring the second annual MIS Community Symphony Orchestra, an MIS Foundation Project.

The symphony includes 65-70 players, most from MIS, and also includes students from surrounding schools.

Student art work will be displayed and celebrated.

The first half of the concert will feature 2 Student Films, an Irish Dancer, Anima, Honours Strings, and Flute Ensemble.

The Symphony will perform 3 pieces with a special Christmas festival piece for the finale.

The Night of the Arts Charity Concert is in collaboration with Katharina Roher, MIS grade 12, and her charity project, McDonald’s Kinderhilfe.
Please come celebrate the arts and support the charity to help families and children in need.

Hey Senior School!

We have been informed that there is an urgent need for blankets, coats, and warm clothing for the refugees.

In collaboration with the Church of the Ascension Harlaching - clean, gently used, winter coats, blankets and clothing, will be collected tomorrow (Thursday) and Friday in the Senior School Foyer! Even one coat will make a difference. Check through your closets and see what you can give away! The church is making a collection this upcoming Sunday and the items will be taken the next day to refugees.
