"Sich zum Affen machen" macht Spaß und stärkt deinen ganzen Körper 💪🐒

Playing with different movement patterns like from a monkey or an ape gives your body so much new possibilities to grow. It trains your wrist, your arms, your shoulders and your hip mobility for your deep squat ability. Use for example Gorilla, Baboon, Gibbon and Chimp movement types. Jump, Cross, leap, sneak...do it slow, medium and fast...go forward, backwards and sidewards. Find your inner Monkey and play with it ✌🐵
