I haven't had much to say over the last 2 weeks. I was in the UK 2 weeks ago and this week I have been sick. Still this gives me an opportunity to introduce an English idiom.

To be under the weather: If you are under the weather is means that you are feeling unwell.

As you can see the British love to talk about the weather so much we even use it to describe feeling ill!
