Alhamdulillah! Delighted to share that our collaborative research article, "Unveiling core genomic regions shaping plant architecture, productivity, and seed quality traits in sesame (Sesamum indicum L.): insights from Meta-QTL study into breeding targets," has been published in Theoretical and Applied Genetics (Impact Factor: 4.1; Q1 Journal), one of the leading and most prestigious journals in the field of genetics. Heartfelt thanks to all my co-authors and collaborators for their dedication and teamwork. Looking forward to contributing further to genomics-assisted sesame breeding.
Unveiling core genomic regions shaping plant architecture, productivity, and seed quality traits in sesame (Sesamum indicum L.): insights from Meta-QTL study into breeding targets - Theoretical and Applied Genetics Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is a major oilseed crop with numerous oil and nutritional benefits. However, the genetic basis of complex agronomic traits remains fragmented across individual quantitative trait loci (QTL) studies. Meta-QTL (MQTL) analysis provides a robust framework for identifying stab...
