Deutsche Post DHL Group first partnered with AIESEC in 1996 to tap in to the extensive source of talent found globally within AIESEC. AIESEC members are young undergraduates and master’s degree students who demonstrate the relevant work experience and soft skills sought by the DPDHL Group. Since then, the Group’s corporate divisions around the world consistently offer AIESEC members the opportunity to take part in 6 to 12-month developmental internships.
